I am looking for a family lawyer in the Pasadena area. I am trying to finalize a divorce and a couple of torts I would like to discuss with them. I am a school teacher so you can call me at 11:00-11:40 am when I'm on lunch or I can have the conversation after school at 2:30 pm.

In December I would breed horses and I had some frozen horse semen that my wife XXXX XXXX destroyed after she falsely accused me of raping her and the case was dismissed. I have 4 personal injuries I need representations for. Pro bono, please. Injuries simple from being disabled and placed in a wheelchair due to officers conspiring and causing attempted murder on my life, to officers failing to properly housing me resulting in two injuries which placed me disabled due to slipping and colliding to the floor.

I have 4 civil suit case. In the first one, my body collided with the ground injuries to my hip, my back, and head. One of the doctors I saw said that the fall caused bone to bone grinding causing me to start using a cane. The orthopedic specialist prescribed me a cane because the fall caused a lot of pain in my right hip level 8 and 9 pain in the right hip and it worsen every time I put pressure on the right hip. The first incident was around March 2016 and the second one was around May 2016. The 6th defendant sent an answer to my civil complaint telling me that they are aware of the hazardous rainwater that fills the floor. They admitted that I repeatedly ask them when it rain to please put me in a better place to live that doesn’t threaten my life. The date it was filed in court was April 13, 2018. I want to know if the date I filed the civil suit in court would affect it now? I just had a deposition about a month ago on this case. The officers involved in this case are N XXXX, D XXXX, S XXXX, L XXXX, S XXXX, E XXXX, S XXXX.

I have a neck incident where I received personal injuries and this is a different case that has to deal with peace officers. The defendant F XXXX approached me with a terrorist threat that stated “if you continue to seek to readdress of pertaining the government of readdressing of grievances he would murder me. No matter where you are at I can cause your murder and it is going to hurt.” This happened around 2017. I filed a petition to the government about the terrorist threat. Subsequently, defendant F XXXX hired an individual to silence me. The hitman that was hired told me that F XXXX hired him to silence me and that the hitman agent’s name is XXXX. I tried to sue him too. One day I saw F XXXX and a peace officer talking and I heard F XXXX telling the peace officer to pop XXXX’s door. I was standing outside my door and I saw XXXX coming to where I was and F XXXX stood there watching while his hitman try to choke me. I got out of the strangulation hole and tried to get away from him.

I filed the civil suit, under those circumstances, the date is April 30th, 2018. The injuries are red marks around my neck. They tried to settle the case twice and they provide me an attorney to settle the case but not to represent me and I don’t remember the dates but I didn’t accept the settlement. The settlement is confidential and I will only share it with the lawyer that takes my case.

The third case F XXXX terrorist threat is responsible for this incident. In either 2018 or 2019, I was in Green Valley and I was walking and I told a peace officer that an associate of F XXXX was making a terrorist threat to end my life. His name is F XXXX. F XXXX told XXXX that he wants him to murder me. XXXX was telling people about my confidential information to case my murder from XXXX’s threat in 2017. I told the peace officer that people are coming around my house trying to murder me and he should protect me and take me to the station for protection. J XXXX’s office told me that they won’t protect me and I have to find protection myself. I later found out that was in violation of their policy and while I was leaving I saw XXXX and J XXXX which I thinks J XXXX is some relative of F XXXX and they were talking about me stating that there he is the one that F XXXX solicited XXXX and J XXXX to murder. I heard J XXXX telling XXXX to get him to murder him while I was walking with my cane getting to the emergency. XXXX severed in half my right bicep, severely reinjured my right hip, and reinjured my spine, neck, and back.

J XXXX let him strike me for about 5 minutes and when he was satisfied he throw a pepper spray bomb that chemically burned my left leg about 7 inches long n 4inch wide. I got to file a claim against J XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX but I only got XXXX as a defendant. Everything I filed happened in the Federal Eastern District court of California.

The fourth civil suit was in 2020. I have been filing ADA grievances concerning that when people leave to get their medication the peace officers don’t provide any protection from the gang members because there is a string of attacks that happens in the place because they don’t search the people entering and leaving their building for weapons. I have exhausted my ADA complaints. On June 21 2020 after I exhausted my ADA compliant and some others. I told the peace officer that my life was in danger because of F XXXX’s prayer causing XXXX to spread my information to protect me and search people entering for weapons.

While I was the second to the last person leaving the building, the peace officer and defendant as I was walking out the building the defendant and the peace officer allowed the prisoner to stab me in the right side of my neck with a knife defendant XXXX. They watch him beat me in the back with a metal cane 3 or 4 times. This resulted in me being unconscious and further disabled and now I have to roll around in a wheelchair. The injury injured the c3c6 in my neck and the c5 in my back. I have no balance when I stand. I feel drizzle between 1 and 3 steps and the dizziness gets so bad I pass out. I am in constant pain and my injuries disrupt everyday activities. The pain is so bad that the doctor prescribed morphine for me to take.

I have a witness to the crime and it is a complicated cause because that injury made it that ambulance had to come to take me to the outside emergency hospital.

I am calling for legal services, one is a breach of contract and the other has to deal with fraud.

It started with my attorney that was supposed to deal with a will for me which is my trust and I can't get the trust document but other people have my information. He has not done anything to help me in 18 years. I applied for a job with the Metro department of transportation in 2018 and I didn't hear back from them, but they did a background check on me and found out about the trust. There are many different persons trying to put a claim on my trust. People from my church are trying to put people's kids on it and from my recent workplace too. I am not sure if the attorney knows about this. I also worked at Sunrise and Always Best Care at home.

The attorney XXXX XXXX is trying to put a claim on my trust and that is where the fraud came in because they are persons from my community that is coming in new cars every week using my driver’s license and taking out cars and other things on my trust. I went to the Stanley Mark courthouse in 2018 and 2019 about the trust and in 2020 when things started to boil up I didn't go. I also went to court in April 2021 and my last court day was October 2021. I have been to court a month ago to do some paperwork again and re-file my case. In the trust, it states that I must have my own legal representative.

I want to know if I can file a case about fraud because people are using my identification to get things as they please from my trust.

I am calling for my son whose fiancé fell off the bed and injured her spline and somehow or another they arrested my son for domestic violence, kidnapping, and inflicting corporal injuries on a person. He did not touch her, he only helped her get on the bed after she fell on the dresser thing to the side of the bed. After a while he called 911. He never did anything to harm her only help her. She was in the hospital because they called 911 and somehow or another between the emergency room and some kind of surgical procedure. While the fiancé was in the ICU she said that social worker and the Escondido California Police Department came and ask her a bunch of questions. The fiancé told me and my son that she never told them anything about what happened because she didn't remember and today they were supposed to release my son because the fiancé went to court to tell the truth. Currently they are saying that my son did do it and she said that he had done it but she swear onto Jesus that she didn't. I witness the whole thing because I saw her fell and I help her up and my son helped too but she didn't want to go to the hospital at that particular point but it got so bad.

The district attorney said he is still being charged for domestic violence, kidnapping, and inflicting corporal injuries on a person. He only touched her to help her not in any way to harm her. At first she didn't want my son to call the paramedic but she started crying out in pain so he called them and that when she went to the hospital on the same day.

My partner and I had a company named Pure Power Incorporated which had three US patents. Someone reach out to express interest in purchasing our patents. He took our patents, drawings, and customers. He is using our patents which he hasn't paid one cent for.

He had agreed to pay us 5.2 million with a down payment of 1.4 million but instead, he paid us 1.2 million for the down payment and we are still owed for a lot of admin things including salary. We were supposed to be consultants in which we train them on the product, how to handle the customers, and introduce them to certain connections we had made. We were supposed to work for 3 years and the money we were to be paid was a part of our sales price. We agreed to be paid each $2884.62 per week but we were only paid for about 3-4 weeks so the company still owed for several weeks. We worked for six months. We were called one day in a conference room at the Pittsburg office and were given an addendum to signed. The addendum was for us to work for half the amount we had agreed upon and if we didn't sign it, we could not remain on his property. I took the addendum to my lawyer which he advised against us signing it, so we didn't. We were escorted to get their personal properties, then to our car for us to leave. We never went back there. Living and working in Pittsburg in June 2019 he had agreed to pay our lease, phone, and utility which he didn't. I  the paperwork that showed he had agreed to it. I also have the paperwork for our agreement.

The company has shorted us and they said they will not be paying a cent. My partner and I are 80 years old, both had cancer, and recovered but are unable to work. All we have is our social security so we are desperately in need of the money we are owed. Because the court hearing is on Mar 11th we are going up on the 9th to Martinez and will be there for the 10th and 11th if the attorney wants to meet with us in person. I'm trying to find a lawyer to file a lawsuit against two nonprofit organizations for discrimination and fraud. The two organizations are Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley and Habitat for Humanity. I was given the wrong medication by a hospital that has me on permanent disability. Because of my disability I'm supposed to receive all kinds of government benefits.

Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley violated the construction law and caused water damage to my home. They promised that within 4-5 years they would have repaired the problem by fixing my home but they didn't do that. They brought an inspector to my house and deceived the inspector as they did not show him the water damage instead they concealed it. In the house, there is a whole lot of problems that they should have repaired but didn't, instead, they pretended that they did some work but did nothing. Before they started any work on my home, they asked me to sign an agreement that stated that I would have accepted their work as-is. I told them I wanted to amend the agreement but they informed me that if I should amend any of the paragraphs they would not start any work on my house, so I signed the agreement without amending it. This organization received millions of dollars every year to help the people and they didn't. They are a fraud.

Habitat for Humanity has a case with the housing discrimination department. I had a hearing but I asked for it to be postponed so it can be moved to another state apart from California. Habitat for Humanity promised me in 2020/21 that they would have paid me 20k to repair my home. They received a lot of money from the government to help low-income people and they are not doing that. They promised that they would have paid the 20k from the Corona Virus fund but they didn't pay me. They  confirmed that my house belong to the district so they would have paid me from the Corona fund but when it was time to pay they denied the request and said my house didn't belong to the district. I also checked on their website and saw that they advertised that my home belongs to the district. They are committing fraud against me. The organization told the district to not respond to me. They continued to ignore me because of my race, disability, and language limitation. They are discriminating against me.

I have suffered a lot. The house was not repaired so it has affected my health. I would like to file for multiple millions of dollars. I have been suffering because I don't have money to hire an attorney. Even if I should try to sell my home, I would have to fix the problems. I am having an issue with my landlord overcharging me. I am on section 8 but the landlord kept charging me for the whole year of 2021 that I shouldn’t have been paying, it was a previous pay.

I has been living there for 3 years and on my first year I was paying $290 per month for my share but after they evaluated me, I was to start paying $207 per month for 2021 but I didn't receive the update about it and the landlord still take the $290 from me. They would send the receipt that was paid and is to be paid by me to the landlord each month but the landlord didn't tell me that I was paying too much and when I add it up  it came to over $1000 that I was overcharged and I would like to get it back.

From the day I moved in, the landlord has been acting like he is better than me so we have never been on good terms. They readjusted the amount i am supposed to pay for this year starting on 3/1/22 I am supposed to pay $250. My landlord's name is XXXX F XXXX.

I want to start arbitration. My son XXXX XXXX got into a motorcycle accident and when the ambulance and fire trucks came to take him to the hospital they refused to put a neck brace on him. He had three doctors, 2 orthopedic surgeons, and 1 Nero surgeon. The first three surgeries were with Dr. XXXX who was the doctor in charge of his neck and back and he left after a while. The first surgery was in April 2020 and the last surgery was on June 7, 2021. After the ambulance and the San Candino fire department took my son from off the mountain they refused to put on a neck brace so I had to hold his neck to support it while they took him to the Loma Linda hospital in Lome Linda. While I was there I was asking them to do the knee surgery but they were telling me that they had to wait until the hip heals first. They drilled a metal rod into his knee and no matter how much I begged them to do the surgery on his knee they only took X-rays.

After 2weeks they sent him home in a knee brace, back brace, and ahead brace to heal up because of covid. They wouldn't do the surgery until his hip heals. When I went back to the hospital in September of 2020 when they checked his leg and found out he had 4 torn ligaments in his left leg. They took 40 days to do the MRI. In October while they were waiting for the MRI because they thought the back needed surgery. I received the MRI in March. On December 14 I called and asked if they could take him out of the neck brace but I was informed that DR. XXXX left and was told to bring my son to Cedars-Sinai Spine Institute. Dr. XXXX messed up my son. We asked if there would be any risk in doing the surgery on his back or if there is any chance he could die are lose feeling in the lower part of his body and he was told the chance of that happening is slim to none.

After the surgery the doctor asked my son if he did go and donate some sperm but I wasn't told that and my son said the doctor didn't tell him anything like that. I asked the doctor if there might be any risk with his sperm count and he told us that he wouldn't have any fertility problems. They called in a doctor to cut open my son's veins and told us that he used the hot knife and cut too close to the bone. We got some medication for him and he took them all but when I called back in November to find out if he had semen producing I was told that my son has abnormal testosterone. My son can't have abnormal testosterone because he has a girlfriend and she said he has been producing very well.
