Hello, I was a victim of id theft. Capital one 360 checkings, Unauthorized ATM withdrawal for about $5800, withdraw for $904x 6. Report and fraud claim to capital one and call them back for investigation status. 10days later which was 10/25/21, they sent me a claim denial letter with bias decision I could only communicate with email or phone with non-USA service. The appeal was requested and never hear from them. My temporarily contractor open a personal loan under my name, and clever guy replace the card with fake cc with a color copy version. trick me with it, one debit from 360, one discover cc, 10/05/2021 discover alert me with cash advance for $504 on the phone with discover for alert.. told them that I have the card! How could this happen.. no it is my card with the chip! Meanwhile, they transfer me to the fraud department. I have 3 capital one cc, Walmart capital one .. why not 360.. hardly login for this accts? The statement was looking crazy…where this money come and go, personal deposited., withdraw $900 several time only left me with 350 bucks. Call to report for fraud, told them I have the card same! One thing, all the necessary document sent to virgina address for capital one 360 with certify mail. Since their is no information for capital one 360 in usa other than email.

I do Instacart and they block for delivering alcohol for more than 1 year. I'm trying to get back the alcohol delivery. I'm blocked only from alcohol delivery for over 1y. Because most of the time the phone didn't have a connection and mess up the app. They never told me why I was blocked. I wanted to get in contact with lawyer XXXX XXXX. I was searching Google and saw his name and your phone number to reach him. I wanted him to look at a case for my friend to see if he is willing to take his case or not.

My friend had several cases that were dismissed but somehow the court doesn't accept them and we don't know why. My friend is still being charged for cases that were dismissed. These cases were mainly for sexual abuse, which was dismissed according to documents by the person that accused him. The person that accused him recanted that he did it. He has a defense attorney who doesn't agree or accept it. She believes that the document was forged.

My friend was charged over 12-13 years ago and the Modesto Superior County Court was the one that dismissed the charges and also the one that is denying dismissal of those charges. Since the charges were also dismissed he was supposed to report as a sex offender but he didn't because he didn't know he needed to be registered. When he was asked if he was guilty or not in court his attorney told him to say no contest. But he didn't understand at the time what that meant, which, made it seems like he was guilty when he was not. He was just doing what the lawyer told him so this was dismissed as well.

He was a legal resident living in Modesto for over 30 years and because they didn't accept the dismissal of the charges he was deported to his home country. He also spent 3 years in jail. He later returned to the US because the case was dismissed and immigration won't accept that the charges were dismissed so he was told that he is in the country illegally. He is now trying to get back his residency. He also has a lot of documentation which I have not read all of them.

Hi, I'm having an issue with an attorney in Honduras. I'm a US citizen. I am trying to find out if I have any recourse. Ok, a friend and I incorporated in Honduras as an SA. We paid a retainer, plus fees for incorporation, tax exemption application, and bank accounts. The company was incorporated in October, I think. However, one of the attorneys is listed as Presidente and sole shareholder, and we are unable to access our bank account. We attempted to buy a property and were told that I was not listed as General Manager, as I was supposed to have been. Eventually, the law firm sent me a Power of Attorney, authorizing me to buy property for the company. That was last month, but I am still not listed in the corporate docs.
