I heard that you have the best lawyers in the United States. I have clear-cut cases. Four years ago Feb 8, 2018, I was a victim of false arrest, false imprisonment by a psychiatrist XXXX XXXX I kept calling the police, but XXXX XXXX just locked me up in the Homestead hospital for no reason. I was a voluntary patient so I had a legal right to sign out. He had people attack me, that's assault and battery. Then they forced lethal drugs on me. Every time I kept calling the Homestead police they threaten to arrest me even when I told them that I was a victim. That's called withholding evidence and obstructing our federal justice system. I called the FBI, I sent medical records to the Miami state attorney's office. They are supposed to prosecute anybody with any kind of evidence. They did nothing, but they don't scare me. I have seen plenty of people including them in prison for a long time. That's all the government wants some type of federal evidence and someone like me to prove it and facts of what happened. I am trying to go to court right now. I called up the department of justice and they agree with me but I know federal agents blocking these people off. If I was a federal agent I would, but I am just going by federal evidence.

I was waiting for a bus at the bus stop at around 3'oclock. The bus look like it wasn't going to stop at the bus stop and I flagged down the bus but the bus driver fan me off like she was fanning a fly. I tried to step out a bit in front of the bus to try and get her attention to stop but I hurt my elbow bad and it was bleeding a lot. I would like to know if anyone can defend me in a court of law.

My attorney is on stand-by and my attorney told me that they already have a case against metro. I don't want to go to court, instead I want to know who the driver was and find out if she does it to anybody else or if she is having personal issues and if her manager can give her some time off and let her come back to work better.

She made me late for work because that's the bus I take every day to go to work. I am looking for a lawyer to file a claim against the Supreme Court for $3.25 million. Two years ago on 11/17/19 I was beaten down by a cop from the San Mateo Police department where I suffered four different brain injuries and was placed in jail with a broken arm. My brain injuries were post-concussive syndrome, Ataxia, post-trauma, and amnesia. About 4 days after I was attacked I had my first appearance in court where the Supreme court dismissed my case, told me I was free to go without being charged any court fines. I was representing myself and because of prejudice against my schizophrenia problems my case was switched to the defendant. I told the lawyer that I wanted to plead not guilty and I believed that is why the judge dismissed my case and also because they recognized my injuries as I was wearing a cast. They had put a cast on my hand while I was in jail.

I suffer from schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar. I was spiritually possessed and was drinking to ease the pain, yelled a cursed word and police XXXX XXXX heard me and traced me halfway down the street. The police tackled me, threw me into the fence, smashed my head in the concrete, and used his elbow to deliver four blows to my head. I lost six of my teeth, one on the scene and the other five later. The cop almost broke my spine and I got a broken arm because the cop had all his body weight on me. A witness saw the whole thing. The witness's name is XXXX XXXX, who lives in the same mental health home like me.

I cannot drive anymore because of my brain injuries and I want to help my little brother and I can't anymore because I'm too disabled. I have all my medical records except for my mental health, instead, I have a note from my doctor about my mental issues.

I have a  police report as well that is full of lies. I never touched the cop but the report said I was punching and kicking the cop. I see the cop every day, still patrolling alone and he is very scary. I don't want to be around him because he scares me. The police report I believed said he was not guilty.

I also have a paper that explains my diagnosis of schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar. I have possession problems with God ever since I was 27 years and now I'm 47 and God still bothers me.

I have lost earning capacity, and I suffered from head injuries. I have prove that I had driver's license eligibility and  I can not drive or take care of my little brother anymore.  3.25 million should be more because of the number of injuries I suffered.

My ex-husband and I got divorced 5 years ago. In our divorce, I was granted Sole Custody of our children because he was imprisoned for a sexual offense. He was just released this year. I am curious what the law is for non-custodial parents and visitation rights, being that he is a registered sex offender? I plan to take a trip to allow the children to see him. But, I am not sure of the law, if it has to be supervised visitation. Or is it up to my discretion? There is no court order in place for visitation.

Yes, I have a little boy who needs me all while. Social services took him from my care for no reason because they didn't malpractice at the hospital Madera children's Hospital, they stole my son from me. I was sent over there from Mercy Southwest Hospital Bakersfield California to Madera's Children's Hospital and they're weighted adopt a sheriff and security came to my room at 10 at night when I was getting ready for bed. I had just seen my son finally wake up from this supposed surgery that he was having to put on his Fick. He only was put to bed because he was going to move a lot they said during the process of putting on a spic to come to talk to me. I said let me get a nurse to watch my son and then they tell me this flat-out lie telling me that I had opiates and amphetamine in his system. Here I sit Valentine's Day 2021 this happened September 20th, 2020 I am appealing it now but all this time that's passed is all because of their malpractice at the Children's Hospital they just wanted to suck the money out of the insurance they could care less about my son he could have been dead. He didn't wake up till 9:30 at night the surgery was at 3:30. They said it wasn't going to be real surgery why are they squeezing his pee out of it out of one of those things. When I walked in they didn't get the results till 4 which means that they did the surgery supposedly before they even got the test results, aren't they supposed to do this then do the operation so what did they do for reals I need help and I want my home I want my baby home can you guys please help me out? I was assaulted in the Paradise Hotel in the Bahamas. I was mined, which means that a chip was placed in my body. The persons that placed the chip in my body have access to everything I do. They would go into my bank account, my friends and when my mom was alive they went into hers too and change up things in it, making it hard for us to pay our taxes properly and making us have financial issues. My mom and I were banking with Chase Bank but my mom changed her bank account. They access my personal information and stole one of my files. They are taking people's property from property taxes. They were hurting her children. They threaten to hurt anyone I know, my friends, coworkers both male and female. This has been going for 5 or 6 years but i thinks it was longer than that.


I attended a birthday party on May 17, 1975/6 for my friend who is the former Premier of Bermuda. Hey, I want to raise an issue with a former employer exhibiting a pattern of extensive disregard concerning people of color.

Ok yeah, this is kind of like a matter that I was really unable to address at the time because of the significant pattern of disregard for people of color and their comments whenever they came regarding racism in the lack of action taken from the staff and it was also highlighted by the fact that it was a national agenda at the time and we were experiencing backlash due to the community and reporting it to staff and it created a hostile work environment. Either that or disregard to the point where tenants were suffering and just because staff didn't want to you know work with I was denied benefits that they were given to all the other workers there. I was basically left for dead in my work. I believe that some of the deaths that happened there were a direct result of the agency disregarding my pleads and cries and paperwork and stating the conditions of the place. It was a trial project and it was the first one done in the nation and they were getting a lot of coverage and so they would just usher me out of the way and all in this attempt to kind of gloss everything over and make it look really good for this national coverage and they were trying to save money to show that was cost-effective. People died, people got stabbed in the face, women got raped and all kinds of stuff, and nothing was done and after reporting a heinous work environment for a whole calendar year I tried to transfer out of there and was basically told I couldn't do that either and so I just had a meltdown and and you know everything's documented you know. I even had to use my own equipment because this company that I was working for today you know they had a staff member there and several people of color were persecuted solely on the color of their skin because at the time there was that uproar of black lives matter and you know it was happening right around our job and the the the staff there that were you know Caucasian they were they were acting now making comments and creating this really hostile work environment and they even got to the point where they were having us work like slaves and they actually use that terminology they use the terminology will whip you in the back will will take you out to the whipping post all these comments were were you you people shouldn't have any problem working that kind of comments were made we were being supervised by another person of color who was so afraid to report anything that he he started telling us to stop reporting stuff and to keep it in house and he was afraid to lose his job and and it was just making it where we were stuck in this bubble where he is things were happening and we weren't able to report it and there was a union rapping and you know and when they finally did something about it it was so far gone the the more I was so far gone and the minimal steps they took basically negated the whole thing and after this person got transferred out that's when the sexual comment started and it was just a horrible place to be and I was forced to transfer out from that job just to get away from that building and I ended up going to a place where it was just me and me being a person of color I was totally disregarded for the whole calendar year and they gave me the sick and the dying people to work with and I'm just I was just kind of scared to report it because they're towed it as being like this really cool agency in Portland but truth of the matter is that they they they it was a cash grab and they did not care about the living conditions of the the residents there I mean we were we were reporting you know there was a there was a time where the lights went out for 4 days and you know everybody's food was was riding and going bad and everybody was sick and and they had people in wheelchairs stuck it on top of stairs when the elevator go out and and they just forgot about them and I you know it's reporting that transportation needs need to be met I had case managers just dumping people there regardless of their physical health because they were getting pressured by the company to move them and they put and they and they misrepresented the way they were housing they misrepresented what I said it was just a horrible thing and I just now come up with you know the way to put all in the words I've just been traumatized the last death there was blatantly blames on me and it took a very deep emotional toll on me so I like to take this as far as we have to but I believe that I deserve some compensation and and I mean if we go back just to the racist comments it wasn't just me it was it was it was it was all of us and we were told if we didn't like the comments that we should just ignore it and work harder while our supervisor asks us are we giving each other head at the desk and were reporting these comments and nothing's being done a full calendar year of hands down the worst I

And if you Google my name which is XXXX XXXX does it article that's going to come up about this brand new shiny the manager at that place was going crazy on the job as well and she needs to probably be named in this as well the lack of caring concern the lack of regard her company she took pity was told that I need to use my credit card to buy stuff for the residents and I was never reimbursed. I mean it was stuff like that.

Yeah, you are aware I'm a former employee correct? I think they documented some of it in a very minimal way but you know they don't know some of the other stuff like we are told by our manager that we were not to go to the supervisors anymore and a lot of that stuff was continued to perpetuate because we weren't allowed to tell anyone and if we did tell anyone we were punished on the job. Like there were days where I was made to scrub and clean everything and it was just because I had like try to tell on a co-worker for some racism or a sexual comment or a supervisor being high or anything like that and he was retaliating and there were several times where the managers would be there in like the manager's boss will be there and I'd want to say something but anyone.

Definitely and it got so bad that even some of the co-workers were noticing that they had most of the people of color all working in one place together and then they would just run it like we'd all travel around all these other shelters and you know the one we were working at you know it was just nobody wanted to work there because you know it was just it was always a racism thing there and it was always you know we're being like forced into this like really hard labor for hours on end because we're black. It was never stated that way it was stated oh we just have this special project for you but it's always after we report some kind of foul thing and then the next day we're forced to like you know organize peas and you know just the dumbest remedial stuff or sent home early you know for telling on a supervisor for being high on the job or whatever.

I don't know what you guys can do but it's like I'm still being affected by that. You know that was my life, that was my livelihood, that was my favorite, that was my passion so I don't know what to do. Maybe you guys can help me, but I think I do want to seek monetary damage and there are other employees that some of them still working there and they're still putting up with it and you know one day we come basically.

I have a question. I've lived in a house with my mother for over 20 years, I was taking care of my mom but my mom passed away three years ago. My siblings sent me some paperwork from a court that doesn't exist anymore, the court name is 'Conquest Municipal court' stating that they are charging me for back rent and evicting me out of my house. One month ago, they sent a sheriff to come to arrest me in my own house for trespassing. My brother made it seem like he was my landlord. They came into my house and acted like they own the place, humiliating me in front of all my neighbors and friends. I told my sister that if she cared for me at all she would have sent a truck for me to move my stuff out of the house. They sent me the letter about a month ago, from that time they have sent three dumpsters to take my things out of the house and throw them away. They change the locks and lock me out of my house and I had to tear down some of the boards to go into the house, they rip all my plants out of the backyard. I am single and I don't have anybody to take care of me. I also don't have any money so I asked them to get a truck for me to move my things out, but they didn't instead they bought dumpsters and hired people to come and throw my stuff away. They have already sent two dumpsters and they sent one again that arrived today. I have a lot of pets and they are taking them away saying that they are not mine anymore. they lock my dog in the garage for four days and I broke in there to set my puppy free. They have already taken ten of my cats away.
