I have credit card o/s in the UAE. Do you guys can help? 3 CCs held. Minimum due on the card is being paid. The o/s is big now and interest is exorbitant. If we default, what happens? But this is Dubai issue - central bank possible blacklist, Travel ban consequences etc.

My wife has added me to her credit card for capital one in December of 2020. I manage all our bills and credit cards. I pay her bill monthly in full. She has never missed a payment nor even had a balance after payment is made monthly. She received an email this past week (March 14th, 2021) stating “We’re working on your new card request, thank you for calling in for the changes” and it states “You or an account manager made changes to the account”. She called in wondering what was going on. They removed me from her account because of charges I had 5 years ago from identity theft. Is this legal?

It says on their website you can add as many authorized users as you want all you need is their Social Security number and mailing address nowhere on their website at all does it state there are any stipulations on who you can add as an authorized user legally I feel they would have to post if there was any type of stipulations that could have an authorized user removed especially without even contacting the account manager and making them aware of the situation

I have a loan thru an online lending company in the Philippines. I only owe 21000 pesos but due to interest, it reached 30000 pesos. And it will be divided into 4 payments which are amounting to 7602 pesos every 2 weeks. However due to some personal issues and lack of money I was not able to make a payment. I was able to make a partial payment of 2000 and additional 5000 pesos last week. I am asking for a settlement amount and help with the penalties and charges. However, they don't want to agree with my request and still asking me to pay 32000 pesos today. I do have the intention to make payment it's just so happened that I am not capable of paying the whole amount. Please help me. My only concern is the charges and penalties and if there is any action I can do to stop them from visiting our place.

I have a problem with my Solar Company and there bank. Unfinished work and credit issues. Can anything be done? First it took a year to install the panels and 4 more months to get it up and running. The bank is their in house finance and started with interest and payments before job was up and running. So they reported late payments on my credit.

Please help me get restitution for all of the money stolen in fees and all of the additional debt and frustration and trauma they caused me by closing my account suddenly, without warning, during the pandemic. Over eight years of personal banking frustration with them. And a previous Trust account. Straight up thievery. Without my established checking account, I had difficulty getting verified, and the non-payments that resulted have ruined my credit. By closing my account I was unable to receive EIP or other benefits. The closing of my account also made it impossible to access my Chase Amazon Visa account for payment and that too has now become a problem with my Amazon subscriptions and delivery. I have 12 dogs - security dogs in training, and now very limited income. Please help find and receive a remedy ASAP. I have a list of other companies that have ripped me off as well including apple, iTunes, PayPal, And the corporation is the United States of America. Ready to take on the IRS? The F e D? The two companies are one for Chrysler capital auto loan and the other is against progressive auto insurance Chrysler capital has my money of $5946 when I am no longer a customer of theirs and they’re holding that check when I check is supposed to be returned to me. Chrysler capital told me at the beginning of February that they were issuing me that check on February 20 then it went till the end of February and I should receive it the first week of March and eight different representatives told me this and now they’re telling me that there is no refund that will be given to me.

I want to un-adopt a stepson that I have had no contact with for 4 years. He is now 23 years old. His father was abusive and an addict. I left to provide my children a happier home. His son - the one that I adopted - couldn't leave with me and was brainwashed against me. I have since remarried and all the children are grown adults. I have a question about my mortgage lender, Mr. Cooper (formerly Nation star). I just looked at my credit report on Credit Karma and they have reported numerous latest on my record in 2019. I did not have any latest at all in 2019. I called them yesterday and they connected me to 3 different departments and finally told me to email them screenshots of my credit report. Also, in speaking to these 3 different departments, I was told that I had been charged $600+ in late fees and $400+ in late fees. My mortgage balance has not gone down at all - in fact, it has only increased. I need a real estate attorney to look at my situation.

Ok they let someone take 500.00 out of my account 6 months into the New Year without my authorization and I disputed it and one then they reversed it saying I gave them permission. So I pulled my money and walked. They never had anything signed by me for the second withdrawal, they paid them the first one and I showed them they took it out twice and they didn’t care.
