I'm trying to find out if Saint Mary Corwin Hospital in Pueblo Colorado has some sort of an arbitration act or trying to find out how to get some sort of compensation from them for an incident that happened when my wife went in there to have an upper endoscopy?

My wife had a procedure scheduled to be done on November 15th, 2019 I believe. When she went in and was called to the back by the nurse to start getting her prepped I went with her. While we were back there my wife asks the nurse a question about if she was going to get something to bite on because they were going to stick a tube down her throat and had problems with her teeth so she was wondering if she was going to have something to bite on and the nurse made a hateful remark telling her it doesn't matter because when the procedure is over, all her teeth will be knocked out anyway. That wasn't the first time he said it, he said it once in the back when it was me, her, that nurse, and another nurse, then they took her to the back by herself and he said it to her again when it was just him and her and she was really scared. Then when the procedure was about ready to start all the nurses and doctors were getting ready to start the procedure and heard him repeat himself a third time telling her about it doesn't matter because when the procedure is done or her teeth are going to be knocked out anyway. The doctor called for a brief meeting with the other nurses and doctors and they went off to the side without that one male nurse that made this comment. I'm trying to find an attorney to handle this case as my wife was really scared and she has a hard time trusting anybody especially after comments from a nurse in a profession that he carried.

Child protective order. My boyfriend is in jail and is going back to rehab and we have a daughter together. His mom came here where me and my mom live and I was getting ready to go clean houses. She told mom I knew she wasn’t working and said she’s with men and when I come home she got in my face and ask me what I was doing and I told her to get out of my face went to bed with my baby. She was snooping through the house and climbed up on the commode and found a crack pipe and she called the law. She knew I had a warrant on me law came and arrested me and his mom showed the cop crack pipe and he said I can’t charge her with that or I’ll have to take you to jail. When we moved here this home was busted for drugs and she found it. The cop told her she wasn’t allowed to take the baby without her mother's permission and she took the baby anyway and where she’s from, she got a child protection order she feared the baby was in danger. The judge in her town asked me if I was willing to take a hair follicle test and urine test. I can’t understand why they don’t bring the case here in Mt Sterling where I’m from. She has court tomorrow and that’s why she could use a good attorney but not from her town. They know I don’t have any money and she said I’ll nail you to the wall.

I invested in Excentral International, a forex broker based in Turkey. I was tricked into investing all my money to a total of $40,000 USD. The accounts manager assigned to me initially assisted me in making money in my forex trading. After I earned about $20,000, my account manager insisted I close all my open trades including my bitcoin crypto trade which was making money. He said I will be instructed shortly on how I can make my bitcoin trade double. He then made me open trades that I did not have any idea, were losing trades. All I know was that he was helping me become profitable as he promised since I held a gold account and I according to him was valuable and entitled to trading assistance. Then that same night all my trades lost, a total of more than 60K USD. Can I file a complaint against the Account Manager or with Forex Broker -
Excentral International ? Do you think I have a good case to win?

I'm being sued by American Express. They have filed a lawsuit and I have to provide an answer by tomorrow. Is there enough time to act on the arbitration provision within the contract? American Express is suing me for a consumer debt of $22,477.50. I have been in contact with the lawyer representing American Express trying to reach a settlement. They turned down my first offer and offered a counter offer which I turned down and increased my original offer. I have called and left messages but have not heard back from their lawyer.

My family and I recently moved from California to North Carolina. We are in a dispute with them currently and we need a mediator. We’re in a dispute with the moving company. We hired them to move our 2 bedroom home worth of belongings. They sent us a truck from an unknown company that was too full to carry everything and we ended up having to leave some of our belongings behind. This company did not inform us that they were going to hire someone else, as an eight completely different company to pick our things up. We found out when a different company showed up, as we were watching them load the truck up we noticed that the side of the truck had a different name and phone number. However, they were using colonial Van lines paperwork. The company that colonial sent is called Cal-Van lines. They showed up without adequate space inside of their truck to move us. We were forced to leave things behind. 


When it came time to pay for our things, we were not paying Colonial Van lines, we were paying Calvin lines, and this is confusing because we did not hire Calvin lights. When we ask Cal them lines to please provide us with their paperwork showing their agreement with colonial to move our things they ignored us. Our main issue is that they sent us something inadequate and we were forced to leave things behind. In addition to that, they are not forthcoming and we felt very much manipulated and lied to along the way. One of the major flags was that prior to the pick up we actually removed many of our larger pieces of furniture from the list, we just gave it all away or got rid of it in some shape or form, and we informed colonial of this. However, the price still went up. They are claiming that this is due to weight and that this is a standard in the industry, however, it’s is an estimated weight and both parties know that it should change.

Why should I go through arbitration rather than take my chances in a court of law? Am I not giving up my right to have someone who is impartial decide my case. The big banks have arbitrators who favor them. Plus, the normal rules of evidence do not apply.
