Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I have a loan thru an online lending company in the Philippines. I only owe 21000 pesos but due to interest, it reached 30000 pesos. And it will be divided into 4 payments which are amounting to 7602 pesos every 2 weeks. However due to some personal issues and lack of money I was not able to make a payment. I was able to make a partial payment of 2000 and additional 5000 pesos last week. I am asking for a settlement amount and help with the penalties and charges. However, they don't want to agree with my request and still asking me to pay 32000 pesos today. I do have the intention to make payment it's just so happened that I am not capable of paying the whole amount. Please help me. My only concern is the charges and penalties and if there is any action I can do to stop them from visiting our place.
