Can you sue a juice company for being carbonated? I bought packs of body armor from the grocery store and at least 3 of them were carbonated and had a fizzing sound once opened. I do have another question. I know they say you have to be injured or something like that if a foreign object was in your food. The object that was found may have belonged but wasn’t properly mixed are what not but I’m thinking if my child would’ve gotten it could’ve done some harm to him or her.

How would I go about suing the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department for putting charges on me that were dropped because there wasn't enough evidence? I was locked up on 5/13/21 for attempted murder and gun charges but they dropped it on March 7, 2022, because there wasn't enough evidence. I've paid 5,000 for a lawyer and sat in jail for 6 months. I want some legal advice to know if this is a breach of contract. I am living in a low-income housing where my rent is paid based on my social security. I signed up for the pandemic unemployment program on Feb 2, 2021, until Sept 4, 2022, however they stopped the payment on Dec 12, 2021, because they wanted ID verification. It took me two months to get my ID, which I got sometime in Oct/Nov. I lost that ID and I didn't get a new one until the beginning of Feb 2022. I went to the bank when I got the new ID to have them verify who I was and paid the account the outstanding amount but because of the time that had past 4-5 months while waiting for my ID the account was suspended. The bank asked that I come back to verify my identity. Up until the time they suspended my account I was paid over 17K. I was being paid 853 every two weeks. I went back to the bank last month to verify my identity again and they told me because it took so long to get the ID they suspended my case. I am seeking legal assistance to see what can be done because there are still 12-13k in the account that they haven't paid out.

I’m looking for assistance with a tenant-landlord case. I moved in on July 1, 2019, on a verbal agreement with the owner as a caregiver because I gave up my homeowner and son XXXX XXXX agreed to pay me all mobbing cost when the time came she passed last April they have not helped me and my daughter at all, all lies first they said they were selling a home then now they say it’s going in probate 2 days ago there was a letter from mortgage company saying the house is in foreclosure. I would like to find out if I have a possible lawsuit. This is a product liability lawsuit. In May 2020 they place metal in my leg that they called a synthes. On February 17, 2021, it was found out to be a trochanteric intramedullary nail fail due to a hardwood failure so they took it out. It was manufactured by Johnson and Johnson so it shouldn't have broken.

What is my right in this situation? The situation is that I am having issues with the manager of River Oaks Apartment in California. I am on a lease and back in December I couldn’t pay my rent so I applied to a Rental Covid Release program on December 27, 2022, where they would pay my rent for January, February, and March because I was unable to pay it. I was told that my application is being processed and I can't be evicted, but it has been 3 months and they haven't done anything for me. I told the manager XXXX that but I received a 60 days eviction notice on March 16th, 2022.

They want me to sign a contract that states that I would have to leave after the 60-day eviction notice is over but I can't leave because I am disabled and I have 2 daughters that are also disabled. The program hasn't done anything at all for me yet because they still haven't paid any of my rent but when I call them they tell me that they have all my information and my application is still being processed.
