I need to get a lawyer. I have a court date on May 2, 2022, at the San Francisco court and I would like a lawyer to represent me. I am being accused of impersonating a police officer which I didn’t do because I am an executive protect private security officer that protects the home of a CEO and his family.

I am a musician and N S made me produce his first album. I heard that "N" would have a show at the Chase center and because I didn’t get to thank him, I wanted to go and thank him then. I texted him on Instagram stating that I heard he will be in the area and I would like to thank him in person.

I went to the security guard and asked him if I could bring a gift to "N" and the security asked to see my ID. While I was getting the ID from my wallet, the security asked me about my badge so I told him that I was a security guard and not a crazy fan. I went inside and spoke with the other securities, showed them my ID and they also asked me about my badge. I told the security guard that I just have a gift I wanted to give "N" and then I’ll leave even though my wife has 3 tickets.

They took me to a room with around 15 guards and they took my ID and started to run it but nothing came up. They ran it in the County and the Federal but nothing came up and they got upset and called in the vice president of security of Chase Center. When he came in, he told me that I flashed my badge around and that was the reason he was there. They then kicked me out without letting me give the gift to "N", banned me from the Chase Center for 1 year, made a citizen arrest against me, and confiscated my badge.

I am fighting a Collusion in the court of California. I have a scheduled hearing for the persecutor of a crime who stole books and forged them and also stole 4 boxes of jewelry of which 2 boxes were for me and the other 2 for my mother. They let her walk without a criminal record and the reason she did it was for Captain XXXX.

I was being represented by XXXX XXXX who is the head of the District attorney for elder abuse who stepped out on my case when it was in court and let XXXX XXXX take her place. He didn’t do anything to help me, I had to represent myself and after that, the judge told me that what I was presenting is not what was filed but I did a great job in my investigation and in representing myself. The judge XXXX M. XXXX told me that if I get the case refiled then he can help me to get all the things that were taken from me. 

I reached out to XXXX by 2021 to refile my case and I was told that it won’t happen and when I asked for XXXX I was told that he was promoted to judge so I cannot get in communication with him. Detective XXXX told them not to give me back my money because it was a civil rights case but it was supposed to be a criminal case. They filed the case as a domestic abuse case.

I don’t remember the name of the court. It has been going on for 5 years now and they shift it out until Covid happened and courts were out. They never told me that there is a 3 years limit for something to be done for the case. I sent some evidence as the police requested and I was hospitalized because I got a stroke. While I was hospitalized, the cops broke into my house without a warrant. My daughter whom I haven’t spoken with for over 10 years wanted to get into my house and they broke down the lock even though I spent $2500 on having a security gate and fence across my house so there can only be one key for entry into the yard, they broke the lock and let my daughter in and she climbed through the kitchen window and entered my house.

While I was hospitalized and they broke in saying they are licensed as Home Health Care workers but they were licensed as Trinity Home Health Care LLC, the nurse XXXX XXXX wasn’t even a registered nurse and they lied but I can prove it.

What they are covering up is the day I came out of the hospital there were 3 deputies in my house, they were XXXX XXXX who they fired, and XXXX who told me that she has no relation to the captain. Deputy XXXX and he is from Taiwan and his name is not spelled as it sounds so I don’t know how to spell it. They also kidnapped me and took me to ULCLLC downtown and left me there but didn’t tell me why. They only told me that they were going to take me to talk to a man but they went on the highway and I sat there for 9 hours. They then came back for me and somehow I hit my nose and got blood on my face, but they wrote it down that I was there because I got into a fight. I have the invoice as the evidence for this, because at the hospital, they sent me and my insurance company an invoice and also left a copy of the invoice for $4500 in my house.

I need help because I am going to lose my house for what they did. My house payment was $495 which was coming from my social security then they quit paying. Now my housing is over $900 a month and I only get $1700 which would make it impossible to pay.

I would like to get a legal detainer for eviction. I am the owner and landlord of my house and I rented it to a family of four, a husband and wife with 2 children. The husband’s name is XXXX XXXX. I want to sell the house to my daughter, so I spoke with the family to move out but they don’t want to and they haven’t spoken to me since then. They are 8 days late on the rent for March.

I am looking for a civil rights lawyer who handles child trafficking cases in California. My daughter XXXX and XXXX was molested not only by their mother XXXX but by other persons. She admitted on a recorded call that she once tried to molest XXXX while I was in the house but she was getting too loud so she choked her trying to kill her and XXXX stop breathing so she woke me up in the middle of the night around 2-3 AM and told me that XXXX is not breathing so I did CPR on her. XXXX also told me that she tried to poison me with 6 different poisons to stop my lungs but it didn’t work.

She told me that the XXXX family was there, my brothers and my dad, her family, XXXX XXXX and many others, even the XXXX she said flew in for 1 night. XXXX told me that they are a Masonic cult.

I showed my daughter XXXX the pictures of the person XXXX said was there and XXXX confirmed that they were all there and they all did bad stuff to her vagina. XXXX told me about some of the police officers that were involved and also the social workers that were involved also. When I took my daughter to speak with one of the social workers, she started to hide, and then when we left she told me that the social worker was also there and she had also done bad stuff to her vagina. There are 4 social workers in the place I am from but I only knew about 2 and XXXX admitted that all 4 of them were there and they all did bad stuff to my daughter.

One morning when XXXX and I went outside to feed our dog, we saw him laying down dead and when I called XXXX she told me that the blue man name XXXX XXXX was the one who poisoned my dog. I called the police and told them what happened and they told me that I would need to get an autopsy from my vent when I called the vet and asked him if I could come in, he told me he will contact me later but he wasn’t the one to contact.  I received a call from an officer who wouldn’t give me his name, he said that if I ever go to the vent’s office I will be arrested for trespassing.

I received a call from one of your representatives who asked me a series of questions but I was not sure he understood my issue. I wanted to know if someone can alter an insurance policy?

My father was a retired veteran at the time of his death. My aunt who is 76 years old was left over my father's insurance policy. My uncle who was once over my father's policy called me and asked if my aunt told me about my dad's policy. My uncle told me when he was over my dad's policy, my dad had me as the beneficiary. He said I was the beneficiary for more than 20 years, so he doesn't understand why my aunt is not telling me about it. My uncle told me that he would called my aunt about it but after that, he stopped answering his phone. His daughter called me and said her dad, my uncle said to tell me that his sister is the one over the policy and that's all she is to tell me.

I live in Long Beach, they are in Saginaw and I have not been to see my father but talked to him while he was on his death bed and he told me I was the beneficiary of his policy. I just want to see the policy. If my aunt is over the policy what does it hurt to sit down and tell us what is going on? I don't understand why she is evading us. My aunt has been a Christian for many years and I have high respect for her so I don't understand. She is telling me she has to pay for my father's funeral, which he is a veteran so she will not need to pay for his funeral. I don't understand why she is lying like that. I have been trying to get a lawyer to help with three cases but every time I reached out to one they never called him back.

Case 1. My wife passed away almost two years ago, we were still married and our children took it upon themselves to donate our house to charity and didn't give me anything. They took all her money. When I spoke to my wife's mother to ask why the children did what they did she said she was upset about the situation and just wanted to get it done and over with so the children took it upon themselves without contacting me, but she didn't know they didn't include me, now I'm homeless.

I was in prison for two years on some fines and when I got out two days before my wife's funeral I realized everything was gone. The children didn't know what was going on, and because they are my step-children they thought it was their mother's stuff and they could do what they wanted not knowing it was my stuff as well. Three children that I raised since they were five years and younger. I believed that my older son did it because the other two daughters would not have done this to me. My step-son also told me that I was not getting anything. They got rid of everything without making any arrangements with me. The house had all me and my grandmother's paper work, things that cannot be replaced they threw away like trash.

This has affected me mentally, I'm not the same guy, just thinking about what they did to me, knowing I raised them better than that. They even took the pension that was supposed to be for me, now I'm  living on the street and they don't care because they have their own homes. I want to take legal actions to recoup all the money they took from me which was around 90k or more from the stuff they sold. I'm not sure what they did with the house. They had me stayed away long enough for me not to know what they did with the house. They threaten to call the cops on me so I stayed away. The neighbor now owns the house. I have tried talking to the neighbors but they told me my step-daughter told them not to talk to me. If they sold the house, I also want the money they sold it for. I tried to explain to them that I was still married to their mother and that we had arrangements that would have had them taken care of.

Case 2. My mother and grandmother owned a home in which they left me when they passed away. While I was in prison the city auctioned the house, and sold it for 36k. They sent me a letter when I was released that they owed me 20k but for me to get it, I would need a lawyer.

Case 3.  I had surgery in Roswell New Mexico at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center to have my hernia removed. They were supposed to fix the issue, but they didn't. After my surgery, it swelled back up while I was in prison. They took me back to see the doctor that did the surgery and what the doctor did was stick a syringe in there to try to drain it but that was malpractice because it could have killed me. After that, I still had the issue so I was taken for the third time to see another doctor in Artesia New Mexico who fixed it. He said that the previous doctor screwed it up and it took him six hours in surgery to fix it. I had the first surgery 2 1/2 years ago and the corrected one was done about a year ago. During that time I had to walk around with my scrotum sack as big as a grapefruit. I went through such discomfort. I would like to sue the doctor for malpractice for the pain and suffering I went through. I have now another hernia on the other side which I don't know if it was caused by the surgery they did on the first side. This has caused me not to work, having to live off well-fare which they are only giving me food stamps and how I'm supposed to pay for rent or anything.

I wanted to seek legal advice in completing a disclaimer document. I'm going through the document and was concerned about the area that speaks to Michigan's disclaimer property interest law. A year ago my husband died leaving me the sole beneficiary of his pension. We didn't have any children together but my husband had five children. He didn't have a will so I'm giving his older son the right to take over his property going through probate. I'm concerned that signing this property disclaimer will also give him the right to my pension which I don't want. Nothing in document speaks about the pension just his property but I don't want it to be a case I'm being tricked to sign over my rights to his pension. I'm not interested in any of his physical property so I'm fine with signing a disclaimer for that. I just want to make sure that if I sign the disclaimer it doesn't affect my pension because I'm not interested in signing over my pension rights to his children.

How can I get my niece XXXX out of my house? What steps can take to get her out? I am trying to get her arrested for forgery and embezzlement on my mother’s will from 1984. She and her husband XXXX forged my mother’s will to get XXXX’s name on my house. They are living illegally in my house, they threaten me that if I don’t do as they say they will put me in a hole, and they are borrowing money on the house. I think they did it for profit because they always wanted expensive things they know they cannot afford so they forged the will to start getting money off the house so they can live an expensive life and also pay XXXX’s student loan even though she is a teacher. They physically and financially abuse me and I spoke with the elder abuse department and they said they would arrest her but no one has done anything to get her out of my house.
 
XXXX plead guilty to doing to all the charges placed against him in the Supreme Court in San Bernardino, but only did it so that XXXX can stay in the house. I would like to get Rachel out of the house and I also believe they had something to do with my brother’s death from alcohol. I believe this because my brother is diabetic and they gave him a bottle of whiskey, the next morning when my brother offered me the bottle to finish it and I denied it, my brother was cold and looked like he is dying. 

I reported this to the Upper Valley Police Station in San Bernardino and the District Attorney’s office of San Bernardino. They have all the evidence there and my sister also knows everything that happens and she also believes me about Rachel and Gary killing our brother. I had an attorney that didn’t give me a good defense and I didn’t get a fair hearing in court. Judge XXXX XXXX was presiding. I want to get her out of the house so I can sell it and I cannot do that because her name is also on my property but I am the sole owner of the house through my mother’s will.

They lied in court because when the judge asked her what she did with the money, she told them that she used it to do improvement on the house which she didn’t because everything in the house is just as they were when my mother was alive. They committed real estate fraud and I am the sole owner of the house because of the rights from my mother’s will. I am waiting to hear back from the district attorney in San Bernardino about what I can do to get her out of the house. If she can be incarcerated for at least five days, she will talk about everything.
