Issue with pandemic unemployment compensation - Donesia - 03-23-2022

I signed up for the pandemic unemployment program on Feb 2, 2021, until Sept 4, 2022, however they stopped the payment on Dec 12, 2021, because they wanted ID verification. It took me two months to get my ID, which I got sometime in Oct/Nov. I lost that ID and I didn't get a new one until the beginning of Feb 2022. I went to the bank when I got the new ID to have them verify who I was and paid the account the outstanding amount but because of the time that had past 4-5 months while waiting for my ID the account was suspended. The bank asked that I come back to verify my identity. Up until the time they suspended my account I was paid over 17K. I was being paid 853 every two weeks. I went back to the bank last month to verify my identity again and they told me because it took so long to get the ID they suspended my case. I am seeking legal assistance to see what can be done because there are still 12-13k in the account that they haven't paid out.
