Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I have an issue with Facebook. I have a personal account and a business account that is linked together and my account got hacked on March 23rd, 2022. They hacked my personal account first then they got access to my business account. They change the name from XXX XXXX XXXX Law to Community Standart and Pages-Repair Services. They started to post indecent things and other stuff I wouldn't post on my page and I received an email from Facebook that my account will be shut down for inappropriate stuff. My page was hacked on March 23rd between 3-5 PM and I tried changing my password to secure access to my personal and business pages, but each time I try it seem like they are faster than me so I am still unable to get access to my pages.
I tried to reach out to Facebook about the issue many times but haven’t gotten any response from them. I received an email that my page will be shut down after 30 days of being hacked and from the 23rd of March till now it has been 20 days. How would you receive payment for my case to start?

Door Dash account deactivated |

My door dash account was deactivated following a false accusation. I haven’t received my last payment as stated in the email after the investigation was over. They said it was due to fraud, marking orders as complete when they were not complete. No authorities to my knowledge, and I’m not so sure the company did their own investigation because I never spoke with anyone regarding the investigation.

Operating A Short-Term Rental In the District of Columbia
An Update For Short-Term Rental Hosts
The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) announces that it is extending the application grace period for Short-Term Rental Licenses to June 9, 2022.
In support of the Short-Term Rental Regulation Act of 2018, DCRA began accepting applications for Short-Term Rental Licenses on January 10, 2022. To give short-term rental hosts enough time to get the required documentation and obtain licenses, a 90-day grace period was implemented.
To assist hosts who have not yet obtained their licenses, and to allow them confirm eligibility for the Homestead Deduction or obtain a Certificate of Clean Hands from the DC Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), DCRA will extend the grace period for an additional 60 days until June 9, 2022.

I am seeking a lawyer who knows about military divorce. My ex-husband XXXX XXXX and I got divorced in 2017 and the divorce is settled but he doesn't want to give the army the divorce papers so that I can have access to the portion protection retirement payment as the former spouse of an ex-military. We have been to court before and there is a court order now but I am holding back from signing because I don't have enough information about military divorce and the lawyer I currently have doesn't have any information about military divorce. He is receiving his retirement pay from the army but because he hasn't brought in the divorce papers I haven't been receiving the percentage of the funds I am supposed to get. We have a son together that is now 20 years old.
I need a lawyer in Delaware County who knows about military divorce laws.

I wonder if it is permissible for a lawyer to ask for money before making the transfer, to carry out the money transfer procedures. The lawyer asked me to pay him money so that he can transfer the funds approved by the bank, but I am afraid to be a victim of referral. I asked him to take a percentage of the money if the transfer was successful, but he refused and insisted on paying the consulting fee now, and there is a question that worries me: Can a foreign bank transfer me a very large balance to Tunisia, knowing that Tunisian law is very difficult in these financial cases?

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
I am seeking legal advice concerning eviction. I'm a landlord in the Marita CA area and I have leased my 2700 sq. ft. single-family house consisting of four bedrooms and two bathrooms to a tenant for two years who has failed to pay rent for the past three months. The tenant informed me that he would move out by the end of the month in which the lease ends in April, but I wanted to seek consultation on what to do if he decides not to. I wanted to know if I could present him with some type of letter or take some type of legal action. The government has helped to pay his rent until the end of January but since February he had not paid anything and has owed an amount of $6600 but I still have his security deposit of $2200. He said he cannot afford to pay the rent. I would like to have a lawyer in the local area if I have to appear in court.

Hi, TD Ameritrade said my account is under “review” and won’t give me any type of upper limit timeframe for how long it will take them to do their backend monkey dance before I can access my funds. I submitted a wire for a property deed that I won via auction, and these dipshits are holding that up and about 100k in my cash balance. Aside from filing finra/cfpb/etc complaints, can you guys do anything to compel them to speed this bs up? Or at least give me a timeframe? Annoying. Sure, please have them email me if possible. I get a lot of spam and scam and soliciting calls so I avoid random number calls.

5 year entry ban for America |

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
Hi there, in just over 6months time my 5 year ban for America will be finished. I was banned for volunteering while on a holiday B1/B2 visa. I had no idea that this was illegal and would land me in the situation of being expedited and banned for 5years on my next visit into the nation.
"As a consequence for having been found inadmissible as an arriving in proceedings under section 235(b)(1) or 240 of the act"
My question is this, what steps do I need to take now if I want to re-enter the country when my ban finishes? Do I need a waiver?, along with a new visa? Do I have any limitations placed on me after this experience?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

Inquiry about arbitration award |

Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I have a simple question. On your website it states that arbitration is binding. So I had an expensive toolbox and a contractor dropped it. What I want to know is if the contractor doesn’t give the arbitrator all the information and tells the arbitrator that he wants to salvage my toolbox and I win can they overrule the decision?

Russian-EU gas contracts affected by the war--arbitration and the dollars v. rubles dispute
‘Lengthy arbitration’ risk
CNBC: ... a failure to resolve the ruble payments stand-off would result in a lengthy arbitration process.
Companies have long-term contracts with Gazprom. If there is a clause within these contracts allowing companies to switch currencies to pay in rubles, this could be one possible outcome. If there is no clause, however, the terms of the contract prevail, most likely in either euros or dollars — and this cannot be changed.
In this latter scenario, Gazprom “would need to ask for a formal renegotiation of the terms of the contract, but I would not expect buyers to agree, and you would end up with a lengthy arbitration.”
Status: pre-arbitration negotiations occurring
