Legal help with evicting tenants - josephpinnock - 04-13-2022 Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). I would like to get a legal detainer for eviction. I am the owner and landlord of my house and I rented it to a family of four, a husband and wife with 2 children. The husband’s name is XXXX XXXX. I want to sell the house to my daughter, so I spoke with the family to move out but they don’t want to and they haven’t spoken to me since then. They are 8 days late on the rent for March. When they first moved in they made a deposit of $1600 and they have been living here for over 1 year now. The rent was $1600 for the first year then I raised it to $1650 a month. I would like some legal help with getting the tenants evicted. I don't have any email address and I would like for the Legal Team to call me. |
