I am responding to a postcard indicating legal settlement as claimant to proceeds. I received this postcard from Kroll settlement administrationllc New York. I received it on 11/14/2022. I was going to use Fairshake for this process but I want to use someone else as a representative with limited scope in regards to my dispute with Chime banking. I did it all by myself last time and I won the awards within the ADR but I think I'll need help with this one. Of course against a different corporation. On 3-7-2022 I did a "pay anyone" promotion that had a chance to win your money you would send to an individual directly back; so with that being visually available to me upon the app; I paid a contact previously by the name of KM in the amount of $100.00USD and everything was fine. On the date listed above, I chose to pay another friend that didn't have Chime; and he never received the money in the amount of $66.00USD I double-checked the app and it was sent to a person by the name of a FS. So my friend and I made sure everything was correct on my end and his phone number was that of the one I had entered in to send him the money; I have disputed this 3 times with 2 rebuttals seeing how as the first "investigation" took less than a few hours to complete! So the person that was rightfully supposed to receive the money payment provides chime with his phone number and documents of his state issued ID and also his Mobile Bill to prove that he was the owner of the number that I put in to send him the 66$ and he never got a response and he is now denied even having chime because the wrong person has chime using his phone number.

It's a mess all around and they refuse to refund me my money; but it's not all about the money this has been going on for almost a year and no resolution or anything positive at all. I've had over 5000$ deposited into that account and never had a problem until this incident when I was screamed at and harrassed and mocked. I used to use chime just as a bank for needed services but I'll never use them again because they have called me a liar and much more. And 66.00$ may not mean a lot to me but my loyalty meant nothing to them. A family that is hungry could have been a horrible situation for them. The standards and codes they have in play for their employees is sub par and I pray no one else has to go through what I'm still going through. If u need clarification of any subject I will provide.

Already tried to dispute the order but they said can't give a refund of 125 dollars and I got personal injury from these fake pills like rash underarms like shingles and a black Skin Abscess with puss leaving a scar because it was infected and a red stretch mark because of itchy rash. I want to sue for emotional distress too and I wanted to sue PayPal for professional liability for having vendors selling counterfeits drugs from overseas and privacy violation because I keep getting scam invoice saying I bought wrapped bitcoin from Coinbase with PayPal for $449 dollars and that same amount I recently won settlement to Coinbase for account frozen. I feel like PayPal employee are hacking in and looking at my emails. Try to sue as much as you can please.

I‘ve been an Instacart shopper for over 2 years, and was wrongfully deactivated for fraudulent activity. Instacart representatives stated the reason for deactivation was for account sharing; however, I’ve never given access to my account to anyone. In a recent update I started experiencing issues with the app anytime I had to login into my other device when the one device would not run the app properly. Each time I was asked to verify my identity, I always complied and was successful with the verification. It’s also evident that I was not sharing my account because the app will not run simultaneously on two devices. In addition, if they had checked the geo location of the IP addresses, they could easily determine the account was being accessed by a device in close proximity to the other device. I’ve sent several emails to Instacart to resolve the erroneous deactivation without resolution.

I'm disabled and I need arbitration I have no money please help. I need arbitration for PNC bank negligence home loan PNC preapproved me then said I WASN'T then said I was then told on closing didn't close. I paid for 3 windows put in, I mowed 2 months bought flooring paid for 5 trees to be cut down and PNC left me homeless and stomped on my disabilities and I'm on SSI income. PNC ripped me off. This happened yesterday. We were supposed to close on home. This was a 10-month loan bank negligence. I've lived in boxes with my things packed for 10 months.
