Can you guys help with LLC formation? Just wondering how much it would cost to help form an LLC in Texas. I could do it myself, just don't have the time to figure it out. So, you can't just tell me what the options are and how much the service costs?
Ok, I went on legal zoom and they tell me how much it costs on the webpage. I guess this is different then.

I use the CVS pharmacy app to refill my prescription for the bottle as I was almost out of the bottle on September 24th of 2022 they canceled my order on October 11th saying that they're unable to fill it due to insurance issues we I went to contact my insurance which I have two insurances one for Ryan White and the other one is from Blue Cross Blue shield as well as Medicaid I contact them at one of them contacted CBS and ask CVS why are they unable to fill my prescription they are stating that it was out of network they are saying to CVS that they wasn't all the network so CVS stated that they would go ahead and fill my prescription this was on the next the last following week I went and contact them again on October 18th and they told me they transfer my medicine to Kroger specialty and I said well no one have not called me regarding to no contact nothing meanwhile I was out of meds my doctor was not able to provide me medicine so I went 3 days without medicine so by the time we finally get everything adjusted from Kroger Kroger told me that they was the ones that reached out to them they was the ones that transferred my case so then I told them I had two prescriptions of 90 day supply of the bottle they went and canceled the prescription saying due to the fact I went to another doctor but the doctor I previously had prescription it was about 6 months worth a the bottle that they had canceled and now I cannot get that prescription anymore I have reached out to my new doctor and my new doctor told me that due to the fact that my 90 day prescription should be active they should be able to get the paperwork but CVS didn't!

Dispute Description: I bought a fridge on august 10 2021 it broke down September 27 2022. I contacted Samsung multiple times created multiple ticket numbers all were cancelled and Samsung refuses to fix my fridge. The parts are still under warranty and they refuse to even work with me. I lost all my food and my fridge is still not fixed.

I am looking for information on something about which you may or may not be informed and/or involved. IGT or Inter-Global Technologies is an oil and gold drilling and digging “investment” led by someone named MT. Can you help me? You’re saying that your office DOES know about this? You ARE familiar with this? I am someone who was HEAVILY pitched by them to invest with them. And, Thank God, I was keen enough on investment legitimacies and illegitimacies to have told them to take it elsewhere. I am heartbroken, though, to have to report that both my mother and my grandfather (her father) went all-in. They “invested” (or rather, GAVE him/them their precious money). I have looked at conversation threads online in a couple of platforms and see that people became very heated. That’s to say that the people attempting to organize and collect SOMETHING began receiving horrible messages from some posters who told them things like, “Accept it; you were taken, you were fooled, you didn’t understand what you were doing, so you got screwed”. This one jerk goes on to emphasize, “You gave your money to someone who never invested a dollar of it. He lived the life off of YOUR gifts. Now, accept it and let it go!” So, this being my dear mother and grandfather, who clearly got too excited by his ‘SALES PITCH LIES’ have become two of a very large group of targeted victims. This was indeed now some years ago, but is therefore MORE organized and no less painful. Can you help?

Hi there, I am in arbitration with Verizon as the claimant on a few issues. Main points are breach of contract as I had no phone service the first 10 days as they somehow could not port my phone number. It was active at the start of opening phone lines on Dec 17,2020 resulting in losing promo $250*2 lines, which I don't recall being dependent on ported lines. Charged twice first mo. March , 2021 I ordered another phone (had not found out about promo yet) but immediately canceled with In minutes when I discovered it would be costing way more then the extra $5 /month that was advertised. I was told I couldn't cancel but just don't accept the phone. Phone was dropped off anyway, no way to not accept. Returned phone in new condition charged restocking fee plus service. I asked if they could set aside the portion of the bill I dispute and was ghosted. No response. Falling further behind on bills as I regularly tried to adjust my plan to be more affordable to catch up. They always changed plans in middle of month which always resulted in extra charges. I always checked the start at month cycle box. Finally I got buried and stopped paying in essence canceling service. The last month in Nov Verizon charged me two reconnect fees though I never reconnected service nor paid anything toward service as I was done with them. Set for first submission Nov 2nd I have researched laws etc. and have substantial laws to back my claim. Can't find any case laws however. I don't know how to write my submission. A list? a story or summary?, where do I include cites etc.? Any example or help will be greatly appreciated.

On Citibank's website it lists all the current credit cards with their cardmember agreements. Every card issued by Citibank that is not cobranded (ex: the Costco Citi card) has the same agreement. I have pasted a link for that agreement below and attached it as a pdf. This agreement contains an arbitration provision which requires arbitration in the event of a dispute. I cannot find any information on the Citibank Dividend card because it's not issued anymore. However, one would think all current Citibank credit cardholders (again cards that are not cobranded) have been notified that they are operating under this cardmember agreement. However, there is no way to be sure without a copy of the agreement. It is possible for the client to request a copy of his credit card agreement. I have file complaint with CFPB, FTC, DOJ, BBB and my Congresswoman regarding GM Financial. I originally extended my credit to AmeriCredit. I was not aware that GM Financial was a servicer of my loan. I only received a welcome to the family. The past couple of months have started reading my federally protected consumer rights. I’m doing that I realize have been violated as a consumer. I have contacted the CEO of this fraud company. I have sent GM cease and desist letter until they send me my demands. I checked my credit report and saw that GM Financial is only credit report like they’re the creditor and they’re not. That’s Fraud. I don’t want to hear they’re like a mortgage company. No, the mortgage company inform me as a consumer who will be my servicer. I need someone who’s going to stand on the consumer federally protected laws. No excuses. These companies are using abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices. We the consumers are paying the price for greed.

I have a complicated situation as I am disabled. I am a US Airforce retired, I served for 10 years, 3 months, and 19 days. I have various medical conditions such as PTSD, and major recurrent depression. It says I am 100%, a service-related disabled veteran. I am also a registered respiratory therapist and a registered pulmonary function therapist. I also have a master's degree in education specializing in adult education and training. I am also a doctor of health administration candidate, dissertation ongoing and I have a pending job to return to at Martinez VA Medical Center as an Associate Director of an organization that involves nurses, doctors, and a lot of other persons. I would like you to know who you are dealing with. The importance of this is that they injured me on top of my injuries, they deprived me of medicine that was strictly ordered and approved by the department of VA, the department of labor, and by the department of Airforce, and Kaiser health care system. I have 20 plus medicines to take and I am in the vicinity of 94533.
I am filing a lawsuit against the Solano County Sheriff's department in Fairfield, California, and the NorthBay Health Medical Center on Gale Wilson Blvd. My right shoulder was injured while creating equipment in my lab. I was served a restraining order on October 14, 2022, at 3:45 PM to leave my house within 5-10 minutes, 15 at the most. I have PTSD and depression and I was injured at work. They pushed me out and I didn't get my medicines. I was only in my shirt, shorts, and a slippers. I was taken to a motel in downtown Texas. Around 9 o'clock I could start feeling pain as it was time to take my medicine and I had a headache. I called my family to bring my medicine but it seems like they weren't hearing the phone. I stayed at the motel until Saturday I begged for my medicine and car key. I went back home for my medicine and the Sheriff came fully armed to arrest me to take me to the Sheriff's holding center. I didn’t know I wasn't supposed to be there so I told them I was feeling sick because I didn’t have medicine. They thought I was crazy because I am. They took me to NorthBay to get medicine and I cried but they didn’t give me. My wife told me she gave a bag of medicine to one sheriff but they weren't accepting paperwork done. They were my life sustain medicines and they didn’t check them. I begged for the bag as I didn’t know what was in there and they were just laughing. They kept me until 11:45 the Saturday. It was very cold for an old man with neck and shoulder injuries, PTSD, depression and I haven't had my medicines in 48 hours. It was the Failure of the department in Northbay and the Sheriff to find out my medical needs and they didn’t do that and had no idea of my medicines. They gave me a shot and put me out and when I woke up I was at the Solano County Sheriff's department. The temperature of the holding cell was 62 degrees Celsius. My hand was on my back and even though I was injured they didn’t give me any medicine as they didn’t know my history.
I was arrested because I broke my restraining order. I drove to the motel because the doctor said I can drive. I was injured on September 20, 2022, and I was in therapy and making progress. The Monday before the incident I spoke to my doctor and was told I was ready to go back to work and the Friday was a setback. They hurt me on top of my injury and they didn’t know who I was because they didn't read my medical needs. It was my wife that had the restraining order served and we already spoke amicably so it wasn't a big deal. I want a civil lawyer to assist me. This is for my injury, pain and suffering. I am a man in uniform and I support the police but when I am a civil citizen and a veteran, they didn’t care as they just put cuffs on me and they didn't even check my history. I did 2 years of therapy after my hand broke and I have PTSD and depression and I have medicines to take. They deprived me of this and I have more to discuss when I am contacted. I want the best lawyer to help with this case. Bad things are going on at the Solano County Sheriff's department as I am a victim and is 100% disabled. I was deprived of the right to medicine and life-sustaining stuff. The team has to do whatever they can to represent me as this can't go on forever. The police are bad and it's already been documented in the registry room at the hospital. The police deprived and manhandled me as they laughed at and humiliated me. I worked with doctors and nurses and they laughed at me in my cell and hid my medicine from me.
They deprived me of my medicine regiment ordered by my doctors. It was beyond what my body could take. My right shoulder is injured and they took off my immobilizer for over 20 hours as I was in a holding cell without my braces to support my shoulder and my back pain. When I got to my cell the telephone was less than 3 feet from the ground so I'd have to bend my back to use the receiver as it only has less than 1-foot in length. I would have to pin myself to the wall. It was best to lean to the wall for me and hope the next bail bondsman will call me. I want my congress man to see this as I gave my life doing my work and I get treated like this. The case of my initial counsel is because of who I work for and I was taking care of thousands of patients. This can go national so that everyone can know about what is happening. I hope you have a good team as there are bad people in the police force and I support the blue, but in Fairfield, they don’t care who you are and they humiliate you in front of your neighbors.

I wanted to see if my Citibank Dividend card has an arbitration clause to force it out of court and settle my debt of $7,800. I'm being sued by a 3rd party who bought my debt from Citibank and trying to get to arbitration to settle. I already filed an answer thru Solosuit online and I see there's an option to force arbitration if the Citibank has it in the clause conditions but I can't find it online - it's an older card that isn't issued anymore. Can I have someone contact me back later? I have to run to my job for a few hours but need some consult on the next steps as I don't want to fly back to California to go to court over a credit card debt. I'm in Texas. It's Cavalry SPV I, LLC that's the company suing me. Total amount is: $7,823.72.
