I had seen so many advertisements about how good a sleep number bed would help you sleep and feel better. I saved up for one and spent over $5000 for one. After a few months I noticed that I was having pain in my hips. I went to the Dr.'s and had x-rays and they said there was nothing wrong. I realized it was the bed. I called the company and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 3 month return date. I have had the bed for just over a year and now I can barely walk due to the pain in my hips. I was so excited to get the bed because I had body pain and insomnia due to my old bed was too firm, because that's what my husband wanted but since we could adjust each side to our own comfort I talked my husband into getting one. We were both on disability so $5000 was a lot for us. My husband has since passed and now I have no means to buy another bed. I take care of my elderly dad but if I can't find a solution to my problem we will both need caretakers. My delightful thoughts of a better night's sleep has turned into a painful nightmare. Is there anything I could do? Thanks

I was working for Instacart, one day I was shopping and this man kept following me, I asked him several times to stop following me and they kept ignoring me, he was behind me and it looked like he was just looking at my butt, which was making me feel uncomfortable, as everywhere I was walking he was too, finally, I got my pepper spray and lifted it in the air and he finally left me alone, then Instacart fired me for aggressive behavior, which I was not.

Hi, can you help me with arbitration against eBay? 

It is a lot to type but the short version is they refunded a buyer before I was able to process a claim (the item arrived damaged). I took pictures of it beforehand. The eBay rep told me they would not process the return until my claim was done. The buyer sent the item to my old address and they refunded them that voided the insurance with UPS. This happened in October. It was over $2000. I attempted to appeal, I spent countless hours talking with them, and I sent in a letter requesting the money. They never responded which is why I want to arbitrate. One rep told me they would give me the money out of goodwill and then I could never reach him again. There is a lot to the story, but so far everyone I've reached out to can't help me. Is this something you guys can help with? I don't want to just give up and let them get away with it but I'm scared if I arbitrate by myself I won't win. Can they send me an email telling me if they will be able to do it or not? and how soon will I hear from someone? I no longer have access to the address the item was sent and I explained that to the eBay rep also. The item was a Lang cheese broiler.

Hello I had some charges on my receipts when purchasing for a customer on Instacart. I don’t recognize the items and must of been out there accidentally by the cashier or another customer since it’s been very hectic at the stores.

I met in an accident with MC on 11/6/22. I was on 30th street heading east when another car was traveling west, and we were both in the number 1 lane. The other driver crossed the line, and we hit head-on. There were no witnesses. The police came and I don't know if I got questioned because I can't remember. They didn't do any investigations. They need to do an investigation and check everything, get into the computers and car systems.

I got a lawyer and he wanted to find out if we had insurance because they said something like the police report said that I drove into them and I don't understand it. They should've investigated it and I took all my pictures of the accident. I was injured, but when I got hit I didn't remember much. I didn't have much to see, so I said I was okay but the next day I woke up in total pain. I went to the doctor but I don't remember the name of where I went, but I can get that information. She asked me some questions and she pretty much wanted to detain me. She wanted me to show her that I called my wife and that I submitted not to drive. She called two trauma centers - Loma Linda and one on Pepper Avenue. She wanted me to go to a trauma center because I didn't pass her test so she wanted me to get an MRI. On my way, my wife was explaining what it was and I was terrified to get into it so I didn't go. With me not following the rules it seems they are not going to help me.

When we were at the crash, I was trying to find my insurance papers but I had a handful of papers in my hands, such as my registration, driver's license, and my insurance. She grabbed the wrong insurance company papers and filed it so I had to go back and sign other papers because they thought I didn't have insurance. I just don't get it. I am not collective and really assertive with paperwork and the internet.

The law firm that represented me was Sweet James attorneys and once they found out about the police report saying I said I crossed the line they dropped the case. We didn't go to court. I just went to the chiropractor one time, he saw me and took an x-ray of my neck then I was scheduled to get an open MRI and that is really the thing I need. I've been treated really badly and think no one wants to help me. I'm not mobile, I can’t move much, and I was in Walmart a couple of days ago, and someone was running through the emergency exit after stealing, and security ran to get the guy and he pushed me out the way like a piece of trash.

I wanted to get a phone number for the lawyer that was representing the victims of T.G. He has stolen over 100 million from victims and I was also a victim. I'm a 61 year old lady that is not so good with the computer and that's why I need your help. T. G stole from me and forged my name. He was supposed compensate me for personal injury and death and he didn't. This has to do with PG & E (Pacific Gas and Electric), where they contaminated the water which resulted in my dad's death. Now is a good time to go after him as he has filed bankruptcy and his wife E.G filed for divorce. I also wanted to sue her for committing wire fraud.

I have all kinds of injury, and he denied me getting medical help at a special medical center. I need heart surgery, and this will be my fourth pace maker. I have a visit next Thursday with my heart doctor. I need heart transplant, I have stomach, kidney, liver and intestines' problems. All my organs are destroyed.
