I am a commercial real estate business owner. I would like to know if you can help with my case. From the lawyers by win rate website I understand that you match attorney's with the judge. I had leased an oceanfront house on November 8, 2020, Florida from TKO for 6 years, and now he is trying to go back on the contract, and I am in court with him. The house I rented was valued at 2.5 million dollars, and I was paying $6750 per month. It is a very high-profile real estate contract that probably involves monetary damage. The owner entered into the contract fraudulently without having no intention of keeping it. We are 2 years in the contract and the contract should go up to 6 years, but as soon as I got into the house, the owner and realtor put it up for sale. The owner has done a lot of fraudulent things such as changing the locks on my doors, jumping the fence, coming into my yard, and pounding on my windows repeatedly. They were also supposed to maintain the pool, and I had to spend thousands of dollars on the pool.

I have a court date scheduled for December 1st, but the lawyer I have is incompetent. If I change attorney now I would be allowed up to 21 days to file a motion which would change the court date. The attorney has also failed to set a jury trial despite him sending a letter to me saying it was done. I want to sue Ela Financial. I have a car note with them and I have been paying it every month. My bank statement says that I pay and they're saying I am not paying. I have been trying to get in touch with them and they keep giving me the runaround. They are trying to repossess my car and I have been paying, they said they refunded the money but they did not. They also said they have not received any payment but I have documents to show that I have been paying. It has been 1 month trying to resolve this and they keep giving me runarounds. They are also including late fees and taxes and I am not sure how much they charge for those. I got the car in November 2021, and over the 12 months, I have been paying $595 every month for the car note, so I paid a total of about $10,000.

I have a payment to make for this month but I am scared because I don't owe anything and they keep saying they refunded the money. When I contacted my bank to see if there was an issue they said they didn't receive any payments from Ela Financial. I only have two banks and they told me they don't service my bank but they are still taking the payments. The machine says that I am paying but on the app, it shows that I don't pay. Every time I try to contact someone it's something different.

I submitted a case against Walmart for evicting me and telling me they don't allow pets. My dog was attacked 3 times and the third time Stewie evicted me from the store. Walmart left me a message on Friday because they were calling about the letter I wrote them. If he did his job and investigated he would've found out and not evicted me. I left the store without shopping after I told the manager and this is the only department store in Yucca Valley as Palm Spring is 1 and a half hours away. I am handicapped and disabled and I can't get everything online so they can't deny me access. They manipulated the prices to drive other places out of business and then they raised them and manipulated all the laws. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they can't keep doing this. They have a history in Yucca Valley as they evicted me because of pets and they allow other animals to attack my dog. My back and knee is bad and I fall regularly so that is why I need my dog to pick me up. My doctor ordered the dog to help with mobility as legally it is an ADA law.

The client called and stated that he has a situation that has been going on for a year now, and he needs our help. He said he was trying to get a refund back from Western Union. He said they are scared to provide him with a refund, or they are lying. He said the money might be lost. He thinks he would need to arbitrate to get his refund. He said he has all the documents and gave case number XXXXXXXX. He said it was a fraudulent case, and that it was investigated by a detective, but he doesn’t understand what he was saying. He stated that the Western Union representatives have been rude to him, and they have hung up their phones on him.

He said he moved to a different state and was trying to buy an Apple computer. He was online and came across the Alibaba website that was selling the computer for cheaper, so he decided to purchase it there. He said he sent three different payments, a total of $2250, on Sept 1, Sept 10 & 13, 2021 through Western Union to three different persons to purchase the computer. He said after making the first payment, he was told that the computer was stuck at the port and he would need to send more money to get it out. He waited two months for the computer but never received it. He said he got suspicious and reported the issue to the Fraud Department for Western Union, and they informed him that the money was picked up and that there was nothing that they could do about it. He said he called the corporate office and they told him the same thing, and that it has also been too long for him to get a refund. They said they were no longer seeing his transactions and that it would take three days to put them back on the computer. He called back after three days, and they told him his transactions were now back in the computer, but he needed to file a complaint online, and include the subject ‘delay for refund’. He said he found a phone number on the complaint form that he called, and it was for the consumer complaint department that he tried telling them about his delayed refund.

He said he was scammed and Western Union is not doing anything to help. All they have done was repeated the same statement that the money was picked up and that they would not be able to help, but he doesn’t believe that.

I just wanted to find out some more information about your company handles and if my situation at hand qualifies. I drive a 2022 ford bronco sport and I hit a deer on 9/20/22. There were about 11,500 worth of damages. Everything was completed by 10/1/22 besides one part the repair shop is waiting for. They have ordered the part multiple times as well as the ford dealership. The part being received has the right part # but does not fit. A copis claim was opened with Ford on 10/7/22 and there is still no solution. The part is not on backorder. Ford has not had any communication since 10/14/22 and still has not sent the correct part. In the meantime, I’ve made two car payments, car insurance, etc while my vehicle is off road and ford has no solution to the problem. My financing is also through ford. Under Georgia lemon law with my understanding even if it is not a warranty issue or something faulty with the vehicle no matter the fault if it’s off road for over 30 days it qualifies or qualifies for buy back program. I just want some guidance and information but I can’t justify continuing to pay for a vehicle I do not have and there is no solution either.

Hello I'm having a hard time here I'm a full-time student and my loan n monthly school money were deposited into my cash app account which got compromised and they will not return my money. Total $5,563.00, that was deposited on the 12th of October. I disputed all transactions made from 10/09/2022 until 10/17/2022 and more than 25 disputed transactions were denied in 24hrs there's no way they investigate all that fast also they allowed over $3,000 to be spent within 2min 4 different transactions. How long does it take to hear back from someone?

I'm reaching out about arbitration. I have an arbitration case that was rejected by the American Arbitration Association and since then I have been in limbo. The case was generated in Wisconsin. The case was on behalf of my mother JD who was elderly and died in 2020. The case was forwarded to arbitration in the federal court and we filed for arbitration through an attorney but the American Arbitration Association rejected it because they said the business didn't comply with the rules and they sent out a letter to that effect. The reason for needing arbitration was because of the financial exploitation of my mother by her personal banker at BMO Harris Bank. The money was stolen in 2013 and I'm not sure of the exact amount but the lawsuit was for $200,000 which included payment for punitive damages.
