Dispute with Chime Financial - kishana.n - 11-15-2022

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).

I was going to use Fairshake for this process but I want to use someone else as a representative with limited scope in regards to my dispute with Chime banking. I did it all by myself last time and I won the awards within the ADR but I think I'll need help with this one. Of course against a different corporation. On 3-7-2022 I did a "pay anyone" promotion that had a chance to win your money you would send to an individual directly back; so with that being visually available to me upon the app; I paid a contact previously by the name of KMĀ in the amount of $100.00USD and everything was fine. On the date listed above, I chose to pay another friend that didn't have Chime; and he never received the money in the amount of $66.00USD I double-checked the app and it was sent to a person by the name of a FS. So my friend and I made sure everything was correct on my end and his phone number was that of the one I had entered in to send him the money; I have disputed this 3 times with 2 rebuttals seeing how as the first "investigation" took less than a few hours to complete! So the person that was rightfully supposed to receive the money payment provides chime with his phone number and documents of his state issued ID and also his Mobile Bill to prove that he was the owner of the number that I put in to send him the 66$ and he never got a response and he is now denied even having chime because the wrong person has chime using his phone number.

It's a mess all around and they refuse to refund me my money; but it's not all about the money this has been going on for almost a year and no resolution or anything positive at all. I've had over 5000$ deposited into that account and never had a problem until this incident when I was screamed at and harrassed and mocked. I used to use chime just as a bank for needed services but I'll never use them again because they have called me a liar and much more. And 66.00$ may not mean a lot to me but my loyalty meant nothing to them. A family that is hungry could have been a horrible situation for them. The standards and codes they have in play for their employees is sub par and I pray no one else has to go through what I'm still going through. If u need clarification of any subject I will provide.
