Hello, on October 27, 2019, casino employees gave my car to someone other than me, I lost my car and to this day they have not paid me for my car. I have gone through many problems as a result of their mistake. The negligence of the casino they did not refuse to pay for my car but it is about to turn 2 years and they have not paid me I received an offer a few days ago but they do not offer me even half of my claim I hope they can help me because I do not know what I owe I can't sue them because they are Indians and they exercise their own laws.

CheapOair will not give me a refund

Similar story, I needed to cancel or postpone a ticket, although I was aware that the ticket was non-refundable, I decided to call and ask just in case. To my surprise, the representative told me that it is possible for the ticket to be refunded, but it will cost me a 300$ cancellation fee. I asked several times if they were going to refund me the full amount and I was assured that I would be. I agreed to pay the 300$ cancellation fee. About a month later I received a refund of 227$ when I was expecting about $3300. When I called and asked what is going on with this refund, I was told by their billing department that the air company refused to refund the ticket. When I asked why they had told me previously that it would be fully refunded, they said they had not told me this. I guess implying that I’m lying and that I would pay an additional 300$ to get a refund of 227$, on a ticket that is $3300. I would not have canceled the ticket in the first place if I had known that they would not be able to refund it. But the representative ensured me that it would be. Why I would pay a cancellation fee of 300$ to get a refund of 227$.

Dear Sir, 

       I have dealt with two fraudulent and scamming companies who inviting and urging people to start as they called it (investment in cryptocurrency trading) and after people just started the so-called investment, the representatives of the two started asking for more fees saying that if I would to withdraw my profits so I have to pay more fees for different excuses they just came up with it like paying 1600$ to buy a software for my account activation in order to make me able to withdraw my profits easily. The second company alleged or claimed that once I have to deposit 1000$ to secure my withdrawal process and the second excuse was I had to 900$ for registration in the company's wallet and after I did this deposit they just came up with a new excuse regarding my account and asked me again to deposit 500$ more which made me discover that this is really a scamming and cheating case. 
Both of these two companies refused to pay me back my capital justifying that the money was already used in the investing system and could not be withdrawn. 
    So I think that I need your help, Sir, about how can I make a complaint against these two fraudulent and scamming companies and try to return my money back as soon as possible and I appreciate any help presented by you…

I'm looking to be reactivated on the Instacart platform. What is the cost? How does the cost work once it's win? I don't want to waste your time. I was deactivated because they say my photo didn't match. I tried and tried to get a hold of someone to take another picture along with my driver's license but they just denied it without me trying to prove myself. I then chatted with Instacart support on the app and they told me to do another account with a different phone number and email. I did what they told me to do (I have screenshots) then they told me I was no longer eligible for reactivation because I have multiple accounts. I'm an unwed pregnant English woman recently split from my ex  (he's American) ), I am currently living in the USA (NJ) although I'm on an E2 nonimmigrant visa.  I wish to know if I tell my ex I am pregnant would he be able to interfere with me returning to the UK in order to raise the baby (my family is there who would be able to support me and my career could continue with the same company I already work for.) I just need some info on something and I also was going to see If u could maybe help me with a lawyer or something with my Franklin county case. No, I have no one to help me with this. And I have had a capias warrant out for a year in a half and I had recently got caught for being on the Run from drug court and I've only been running from drug court for 7 months and a warrant has been out for a year-and-a-half it's like why you didn't they come and get me then you know not counting whenever they caught me for this morning or whatever I went to Crawford County Jail they were supposed to owe me for 24 hours but instead there was another warrant issued which it is the capias warrant that I had to Franklin County well they made me sit in there until the capias is lifted and then I got a bond well since I serve time in Crawford County for the Franklin County capias warrant why do I have to go and do it in Franklin County like they did not lift the warrant at all and on top of that I have recently got another worn out to Franklin for a court date that I didn't even know I was have I didn't know I had it. I just don't want to go to jail or prison I've been working hard at doing the right thing this time I'm not even running no more and I have no one to help me with this capias warrant it's not fair I shouldn't have to do it in Franklin County after I serve time in Crawford County for it.

My son received a civil complaint about a supposed auto accident. He doesn't even recall being in an accident or mishap of any kind, and certainly, his car was not damaged in any manner. At this point, the next court date is not for several months and he has not technically been served yet with papers however I was able to find the court doc online. There is no reference to the type of damage or a police report etc. We had no knowledge of this at all, and I'm sure that the suit was filed to beat the 2-year window to file for injuries, etc.

At this point, do we simply just turn it over to the insurance company he has, as he was insured of course. He is 23 and has no assets to speak of so not really sure what they expect to get out of him at this point and I question the legitimacy of the entire thing, as well as his car, had no damage at all during this period so this is totally out of the blue.
