Instacart Dispute - Nerine - 06-07-2021 Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). I'm looking to be reactivated on the Instacart platform. What is the cost? How does the cost work once it's win? I don't want to waste your time. I was deactivated because they say my photo didn't match. I tried and tried to get a hold of someone to take another picture along with my driver's license but they just denied it without me trying to prove myself. I then chatted with Instacart support on the app and they told me to do another account with a different phone number and email. I did what they told me to do (I have screenshots) then they told me I was no longer eligible for reactivation because I have multiple accounts. Thank you, so now I'm deactivated for good because I listened to their support team. |
