I'm an unwed pregnant English woman recently split from my ex (he's American) ), I am currently living in the USA (NJ) although I'm on an E2 nonimmigrant visa. I wish to know if I tell my ex I am pregnant would he be able to interfere with me returning to the UK in order to raise the baby (my family is there who would be able to support me and my career could continue with the same company I already work for.) What rights does he have?
