...even if the producer has it I can't imagine him sharing that with the someone who may be looking to sue him. All SAG was able to email me is attached below which is merely proof that I was paid for the original work.
Frankly I have no way of knowing exactly how much 30 years of residuals comes out to. A bout two years ago I received a check for about $600 as the first residual since 1990 and she tells me on the phone that that check was basically a settlement with the producers which after 30 years would be both insulting and preposterous. When I received it I went to The SAG office for an explanation and I couldn't even see anyone. I was only able to talk on the phone from the reception area and they wanted me to state my case on the phone while I was sitting in a room full of other actors. I explained I needed privacy but to no avail. I left upset and essentially didn't get any answers at all.
About 15 years ago I was able to set up a meeting with then SAG president actor Richard Masur regarding this and when I showed up to speak with him I was met with a conference room full of SAGs legal team. They must have thought I was lawyer-ing up but I had only gone to find out why I hadn't been getting residuals for so many years. They basically were saying that this was actually somewhat normal for production companies, particularly this one, to file bankruptcy in order to avoid payment of residuals. So they are repeat offenders by SAGs own admission. Meanwhile they claimed they were still going after my monies. 15 more years went by and I get the whopping $600 windfall. This is my union who is supposed to be protecting me from this type of producer and spectacularly failed to do so. That's why as I mentioned, I'm not sure who I am more upset with, the shifty producers or SAG who acted more like a crooked production company sympathizer than someone looking out for my best interest.

I'm not sure where to start but I need legal assistance with my landlord who is doing several illegal things.
So we moved in on January 1, 2022. The landlord has made threats of evicting us for 2 serious maintenance requests we have made. I have text messages from them saying they want to evict us because we are not unpacked yet. Today they said they are going to give us an eviction notice tomorrow. Their justification is we broke rental agreements by threatening and getting combative. I recorded the whole conversation and neither I nor my husband did what she claims. We demanded the money back that we gave for moving in and she agreed but said she will deduct 30 days from it.

... the shopper was deactivated by Instacart for fraudulently requesting "heavy pay bumps" for orders that did not qualify. She positioned it as "the app somehow wasn't working," but there was nothing wrong with the app--the orders that she was assigned did not qualify for heavy pay based on their assigned weight. Shoppers are notified in the app whether an order qualifies for heavy pay before they accept a batch.
The three invalid bumps that led to deactivation:
Bump 1 (Heavy pay) - Did not qualify because the shopper did not hit the heavy item threshold to qualify for heavy pay for both orders, but they requested heavy pay anyways.
Bump 2 (Distance pay) - Did not qualify because in the ticket, they requested a promotional boost in their ticket, not mileage pay. They did not indicate that they drove farther than what was expected.
Bump 3 (heavy pay) - Did not qualify because the shopper didn't hit the heavy item threshold to qualify for heavy pay, but they requested heavy pay anyways.
Shopper received notices of "Fraud/Earnings Abuse" so she was aware that her requests were unauthorized and her shopper account had been flagged for abuse. Nonetheless, she proceeded to request pay bumps on subsequent orders that were not authorized for heavy pay. After her third request, her account was suspended and then deactivated pursuant to Section 5.2(G) of the Independent Contractor Agreement.]]]

Do I have a right to sue the hospital or doctor's office for using and getting somehow my information when it wasn't me who was the patient and they build my medical and Medicare instead of theirs?
Now I'm very nervous about the medicine that I take. The patient or individual that had the surgery we are not as close as I would prefer but yet I wasn't the one that had the surgery so why was my information used so do I have a right to sue for medical malpractice negligence?

I purchased a vehicle from used car dealership less than a month ago. I returned the car upon the third repair request. The dealership said no refunds but I think this is a different circumstance, and I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Hello. I was just curious if you have ever had any success or have dealt with Facebook? They have unpublished both of my business pages, and as a small business in a rural community, I rely on these pages for marketing purposes. Thank you.
I am not seeking any kind of compensation. I just want my pages restored. When I first started, I was just an online business. So I started the page XXXX XXXX. October 25th, they took down the page XXXX XXXX. I have chatted with support multiple times. They said it I should hear something within 24-48 hours, then they told me 72, then after that time, I messaged back and they told me it could take up to 1 month. It has been 3 months and I have not gotten any information from them as to why this has happened. So, I started using my original page that I created for my online business (XXXX). This morning they have unpublished that page as well. I was told by a chat support person the same thing they told me in October. Not to worry and someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours.

I would like to know the cost to hire an attorney to represent me in my past eviction notice case. I got an eviction notice because they wanted me to stop paying rent so that they could sell the house. I was already served a 60 days notice, started Oct 4th, and ended on Dec 4th. They wanted to evict me but could not because the county stated that they could not evict me until January 31, 2022. The lawyer that was representing me then won the case but now I am seeking representation because I lost my lawyer. It's like he gave up on me and that's why I need someone to help me. I do not remember who gave me the eviction notice. I believed his first name is XXXX but don't recall his last name.
