My vehicle is in the shop with a bad filter, shop says the filter has been on too long and it cost damage to the engine resulting in $10,227.00 worth of damage. He didn't sound like he wanted to help me much and I just don't know what to do. I'm stuck without transportation. the people the attorney general's investigator told me to contact could not help me. I can't afford an attorney. I purchased my vehicle in May of 2019. I have bank statements showing my vehicle has been getting serviced from February 2020 until February 2022 and my last transaction in May 0f 2022 was cash.

I filed for full custody of my 10-month-old daughter S.M on the 31 of May 2022. My ex E.S came out of the mental hospital on the 28th of June 2022 in which she stayed at my residence until the 30th of June. She filed a restraining order against me on the 30th of June which is the day she left my residence. He stated that they had to do an updated restraining order on the 6th of July because the first restraining order didn't have any information on the reason she filed it.

We went to the Henrico County Juvenile/Domestic Relations Court on the 13th of July 2022 for both restraining orders. My ex told the court that she is filing a restraining order because I am molesting our daughter. She said while she was staying with me, I was abusing her and our daughter. They continued the restraining order because there was an investigation going on against me to see if what she was saying was true. My ex is Bipolar and also has schizophrenia so I don't understand why they would allow her to get the restraining order against me.

The legal processes took it so far that I contacted a legal firm with the website name Family Court Direct which I paid $150 for them to start the process. They directed me to an individual by the name of S.M who told me that since I already filed for full custody of my daughter then there won't be much he can do to help. Hi, I’m looking for legal advice on a situation that happens to me and I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. I want to proceed with a suit against the 1800 flowers company. What they did to me and my family it’s not acceptable. At this point it’s not even a refund of the money I want but for them to be punished for what they did to us. I placed an order online last Thursday for a big funeral arrangement. I put all information they requested of time and place of the viewing. The viewing was yesterday from 2 pm to 4 pm ( small window). I got there and didn’t notice until 3 pm that our flowers for our loved ones weren’t there. I called them in the middle of viewing at 3 pm and the customer service was horrible also give me so many excuses about could find a florist in the area and dared to tell me to look for a florist. I told her yesterday I couldn’t deal with her and give them one hour until 4 pm to bring the arrangement, but they didn’t. she keep saying it was going to be delivered by 8 pm. I told her 8 pm was too late and the funeral home was closed by them, they closed right after we left around 4:30. I end up giving them another chance maybe today they would bring the arrangement for us to use it in the church and nothing. No arrangement. What gets me upset it’s not only that the arrangement was not there but no one from the company called me, texted me, or email me regarding if was an issue with my order. They charged the credit card and I have a confirmation number. If they couldn’t do it someone should call me and let me know so I could probably have a chance to place an order with a florist since they couldn’t do it. But I got zero answers from them. just getting the refund back it’s easy for them but the sadness and the aggravation they cause it’s not acceptable. They didn’t give me a chance to have flowers there at that moment and it was embarrassing that all family members' flowers were there except ours. And to send flowers to the family home is no good since the person that passed away is no longer there and I don’t want funeral flowers at my house. Thank you for understanding. I don’t want other customers to happen the same thing the entire situation it’s already sad as it is … on top to deal with a florist is too much. I don’t know. I don’t even know if it’s possible. I haven’t called back because I’m not sure what else I can say at this point the viewing and funeral are done. most likely they will refund my money back and to them, it will not hurt the way it hurt us not seeing our flowers there yesterday. The camera is not working properly I got it through Vivint and they try to steal my Harley Davidson motorcycle and they messed it up and when I spoke with them vivint his was M he told me my camera was online but they can't see nothing. I recently had an issue with finger hut they changed my account and unknown to me I had 2 accounts and I didn't know I was being charged on the other account. My account went into rears without my knowledge 30 or 60 days they reported me to the credit bureau on my credit score was dropped by 63 points I feel this is an unfit business practice I never agreed to open that account and all of a sudden on the losing end. They changed the account some time I believe it was April and I think it was like an 8 $900 bill I had opened with them after I had paid off the entire balance and never missed the payment for the better part of 4 years. When I call them up to confront them about the situation they said they could do nothing about it and it had to be in writing to their credit department. In the meantime, my credit score has been dropped significantly and it's affecting everything. I'm certain I'm not the only one involved in this so if I could join a class action lawsuit or whatever it is to rectify the situation and repair my credit that's my goal I just think it's unfair unjust and unlawful what they've done.

I received my Federal Tax money in my Venmo account on the 10th of June. On that day. I was up north and had no service so I didn't get to access it at that time. When I reach back home, I received the email that stated the Federal Tax money of around $479 was deposited into my Venmo. I realized that 2 cards were added to my Venmo account so I removed them, and I have the email with the last 4 digits of the card.

On the 16th of June, I realized that my money was transferred from my Venmo to someone else, I don't know who, and it was done without my authorization. I contacted Venmo on that day and told them about the issue, which they told me they will need 7-10 days to get the issue resolved but nothing has been done. They told me verbally once that they will get the money back into my account, but when I called the next day, they said they never told me anything like that. I got very frustrated sometimes and started to shout on the phone with them and they hang up. I am getting very frustrated now and just need The money back.

Me and my ex recently broke up and just a couple months before he purchased a puppy claiming he bought it for me. His name is on the adoption form because I was not there for the adoption and he did pay for it. I was the main caretaker of the puppy. He only ever paid for things. All of the vet records are in my name because I am the one that did all of the caretaking. My ex does not have time for a puppy due to his job. He works late hours and goes out of town a lot. I asked him if we could do split custody and I Would only have him with me for 3 days. My ex agreed to this but then later changed and said he was adding a stipulation that I had to show him proof that I'm going to therapy and that I would not be alone with the puppy until I get therapy for my depression. This puppy was originally going to be my emotional support dog and I was going to go through the process and pay for it myself because that is what I was told by my ex that bought me this dog told me I could do because he knows that having an emotional support animal would help me. I don't know what to do at this point. It's as if he is still trying to control my life.

My father verbally and physically abused my mother and for her to save her life we had to leave but she remained married to him for decades. Now he has passed and disowned her in his will and I'm afraid that this may affect how his property is shared. Usually, when a husband dies, the wife takes control of his estate unless she abandoned him. In her case, it would not be considered abandonment as she left to stay alive.

The will is not probated as yet but the executor let me know I was one of the beneficiaries.

I have a case with SSI. My mother also have a couple of matters she would like to be attended to by a lawyer.

The problem I am having with SSI is that I am trying to get the back pay for my father N.M. that passed away. He was a veteran and they had a life insurance policy on him. Social Security didn’t pay us anything after he passed so I need help to get the back payment from them. My father passed away when I was around 17 years old and now I am 47 years old. I was supposed to be receiving $500 per month until I turned 21 but I didn’t receive anything at all for the 5 years and now I am trying to get the back pay from SSI.
