  Medical malpractice claim

I received two calls from someone at lawyersbywinrate and I was returning the call. I didn't realize this was concerning the case I submitted online. I heard lawyersbywinrate and thought it was some fraud because I have been a victim of fraud before. I would prefer to be contacted by email and would like you guys to share an email with your company's contact details to confirm you are legitimate.

Nobody wants to take our case but I'm trying to file a claim against the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica for negligence and medical malpractice. I'm trying to help my wife who is disabled. She has difficulty with using the computer so she has given me full authorization to take care of this on her behalf and I can produce something in writing if needs be. My wife was experiencing excruciating pain and she had surgery in 2014 on her lower quadrant. The surgery went well and the pain went away but about a year after the surgery she started feeling the pain again. We went to a few doctors and they said it was fine but the last doctor we spoke with confirmed that something is there, which seems to be a piece of metal. On May 5, 2022, I took out all of her imaging reports and the reports are saying something else, they are possible two things there. That's why I need to find someone to help us.

I have three attorneys looking into this case as well and I wanted to know if you accept cases on contingency.

Hi, so I'm wanting to sue No Boundaries Co because its product done and left harmful permanent markings on my body and all my clothing it comes in contact with. I can't go out with certain clothing on that reveals that part of my body anymore if anybody is around, I cry all the time and stay upset and depressed constantly, I cant even undress in front of my husband anymore without feeling insecure about my body, I would say its completely effected my self-esteem. I have to go to the Dr for the problem Monday morning and it's a product name( No Boundaries Wire Push-Up Bra). I can check my receipts to see if I can get the date but I'm not sure I've got it still I know it was around the beginning of June and I noticed the same night after my shower that it was there the very first time I wore it all-day.

Long story!!! I will try to make it short. My husband died in 2014. I paid $500 for a grave plot next to his in 2019 which was empty at that time. Later I find out that it was resold and used without my knowledge because it had never been marked as taken. Notifying the church about the error they are trying to cover their mistake by issuing me a two-year-old refund. They will not move either grave involved. My family wished to purchase more lots but not scattered. They will not own up to their mistake. I hope my short version of this story makes sense. I have the letters they sent me as proof of purchase but they are ignoring the date on it. The amount is the same but they are acting like I just requested the plot and not in 2019 when it happened. Another problem is I live in Texas the church is in Virginia. I am 74 yrs old. Not computer friendly and nervous. It is First Mt. Olive Baptist Church Newtown Virginia. I feel bad that it is a church but what they did is not right. I only want truth and justice. This new pastor is not a good representative of the church at all. Thank you I was losing hope.

  Issue with motel man about pet fee

I'm in a motel with my fiance and 2 our friends and 3 dogs the pet fee per pet a night has always been 10 dollars per dog, okay so that should be $30 we paid $50 last night and today the man came trying to say we owe $70 for 3 and I gave him $20 right then just to keep the peace without knowing $50 had already been paid so there's 70 bucks and now the man's trying to say we got a couple of minutes to come up with this money again or he's making us leave is that legal?

  Class action against GMC

I want to start a class action against GMC and I don't know how to start or if I have a real case to start with. I had the following replaced starting with the EGR Valve replaced all 8 glow plugs and now the fuel injectors and trailer brake module. There have been other problems. This is a diesel truck. It doesn't even get broken in until 200.000 miles.

  Dispute with Alta One Credit Union

I have a problem with Alta One Credit Union about a boat loan. They have added 18 months to our loan. It should be 4 months if that. I don’t want to ruin my credit so I was thinking of paying off the loan and then filing a claim against them afterward. They said they do not have all our records since it goes back to June 2007. Do you think that it is better to pay them off first and then go after them so my credit does not get touched? Yes, we took out a loan in 2007. We had a couple of deferments but we also have been paying $50 extra towards the loan for the past 4 years. They always charge a different interest rate every month! It’s a bad loan! How much does your legal team charge? Awesome! We need to take care of this situation. It’s not right. They say we still owe $11,250. There is no way we would have 18 months of payments left if our loan was supposed to be paid off this month. Please have someone contact me. We were paying $573.70 and I pay $623.70 and they said I am ahead of 2 payments which is really a joke!

Do you set up wills and living trusts? Two different lawyers will be reaching out to me? Correct.

This new agency called CYFS from here in Illinois came in and started systematically destroying everything I love. Our kids were immediately put in state care and sent to go live with my mom. So our baby dies and CYFS made it a point to say no contact with the children at all. So that meant no contact with our family. I can go into better detail but I feel I lose people if the message is too long. We were never charged with anything they sent the toxicology off 4 times and got different results every time, our court appointed attorneys wouldn’t even meet with us to discuss the case. They lied in court and I can prove it.. CYFS worker told us that if we didn’t plead guilty that she was going to see to it that our children were removed from my moms care and separated. She said this the day of court. Please we need help.

  Deactivation from Shipt (shopping/delivery driving platform)

In April 2022, I was sent an email from Shipt HQ informing me that I had been deactivated from the platform for alleged violations of the terms of service as outlined the independent contractor agreement that I had entered into when I started working as a shopper / delivery driver on the platform about a year prior. At the end of this email was a link to an appeal form that I filled out a few days after deactivation, offering my side of the story and explanations for why I believe I was terminated unjustly (I explained that the algorithms used to detect possible fraudulent behavior were not calibrated correctly, and that an actual human review of my data would show that there was no reason to deactivate me.)
I never once heard back from Shipt, despite numerous requests for an update via phone and email in the weeks that followed the appeal.

I went as far as to mail their legal department in San Francisco a certified letter explaining that I was prepared to initiate formal arbitration proceedings (as provided in the aforementioned agreement) if they were not willing to provide me an audience to discuss my sudden deactivation; the letter was ultimately sent back to me after they refused to accept delivery of it on multiple occasions.

I am wondering if I have any recourse in the matter, given the fact that they don't appear to be willing at all to engage in a good faith exchange. Please note that there is a clause in the agreement that stipulates that SHIPT and I "mutually agree to resolve any justiciable disputes, past, present, or future, between the Parties, or between [me] and any of SHIPT's employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assigns, exclusively through binding arbitration instead of a court or jury trial."

If it makes any difference, I am located in California, a state in which I may still be protected by Prop 22 (2020), which grants certain rights and protections for app-based drivers like myself; the Proposition was ruled unconstitutional in August 2021, but is currently going through the appeals process.

  Insurance claim matter

I would like some assistance with an insurance claim. My husband died suddenly in February 2021 and he had life insurance with Reliance Group Insurance for 100K. He was employed with T.Marzetti in Columbus Ohio, and when I filed the claim the insurance company said that they need his job payroll to give them a record that he was paying the premium. The insurance company reached out to T.Marzetti but they are not responding so I was informed that my case will be closed until the company responds. I had also tried to contact the company and left messages and they have not returned any of my calls or responded to me.

I shared four children with my husband and he was the breadwinner for our family. It has been six months since his passing and we run the risk of losing our home.
