I was deactivated by Instacart for Heavy Pay and need help getting reactivated
Posted by: Nerine - 11-23-2021, 06:26 PM - Forum: Past or Current cases - No Replies

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

Hi, I have been working for Instacart, long-short, I have an excellent rating of 5 stars, zero missing items, cancellation rate of only one percent, was never late on deliveries, they deactivated me because Saturday I had a bunch of orders, 2 of them didn't include heavy pay, ( things like 8 gallons of water 18 packs of beer, heavy stuff, etc) I contacted the shopper support to see if the 2 batches were eligible for heavy pay, support said yes, the total for both batches, heavy pay bump as they call it, was given to me, next thing I know I'm deactivated, sent an email they never specifically said why. I contacted shopper support the next morning and was told I was deactivated for the 2 bumps, I have the screenshots where she states this and also that it was their fault and I should be able to get reactivated, I send a few lengthy emails begging them to reinstate me.

To no avail, even sent images of my glowing reviews, the thank you cards I hand decorated to each company, the adorable memes I send to notify customers, etc, all to no avail, they permanently deactivated me and took the ratings off the app, is there any legal recourse I have to get back on?? Didn't mean memes to the company meant customers. Do you need me to send images of my screenshots? I just pray I can get back on, it's the customers in my small town in the Sierra Nevada that I care about, IC treats us awful.

May I ask how much y'alls fee is? How much if you resolve it? I just want to get my account reactivated. TOTALLY UNFAIR what they did to me.

Client assistance - we all want to work and do a good job

Dear YYYYY:

Thank you for resolving this matter. The client was so happy.

We know ourselves that running a large tech-oriented concern is challenging.

Sometimes though it may be hard for you all to see how important this is for so many people that come to rely on this new type of job. We hear their stories and hopes and concerns often.

We do have to apply filters to some outpourings, but so often people really do want to work, and they want to try to do a good job.

Kind regards,
XXXXX XXXXX

I'm concerned about the dangerous microwaves sold at Walmart. What else can I do?

Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

Hello, I've bought two microwaves from Walmart. The first started arcing dangerously (a clear fire hazard) after a short period of normal use. So, I went back and bought another identical model. Shortly, it started doing the same thing too. I warned others at Walmart's online product review forum. Is there anything else I should do?

I have an online loan, that I can't pay. What do I do?

Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

How can I do that because I can't pay what I owe on online apps, how can I pay in full if every day I add more interest, I can't even pay, it increases every day. I can no longer pay what I owe to the online apps and then they still make a profit every day, I'm having a hard time finding money, kidnaps, because what should I do? Sir, what will I do, I won't be able to pay for the online apps that I owe, but their profit will continue to grow, my debt is growing, I don't have a salary yet, what can I do?

My wife got scammed by Express Style Trial

My wife got scammed by Express. They say she signed up for Express Style Trial. It's where they send you outfits in the mail and you send them back if you don't want them. She never got an outfit, but they charged her for 8 months. We just noticed it on the credit card. She never got a confirmation that she signed up or anything. I think at some point she had to put in her credit card, but she never hit submit on the trial. She called and they refunded half the money but said they wouldn't do it all. That's like $500.

Can I file a suit against Simon Med?

Simon Med, haha. They're the worst. They've scheduled and canceled four appointments over a period of 30 days for a left wrist injury. And may cost me at least 3000 if I need surgery. Can I file a suit against them? Also during this period, my left wrist has gotten worst to the point where it hurts and I can't even lift a grocery bag. I don't know what my legal rights are in regards to this kind of issue.

Can we arbitrate for someone who died from Covid?
Posted by: Nerine - 11-03-2021, 07:16 PM - Forum: Arbitration questions - Replies (1)

Do y’all do any arbitration work for someone that has lost somebody with Covid? It’s for my husband’s cousin. We all caught Covid at the same time, 12 of us but he actually ended up dying from it in the hospital. I’m trying to help his mother, my husband's aunt because she was solely dependent on him for help and income. I have all the notes from the hospital I also have his death certificate.

I want to find out what type of law you guys deal with and the disputes that you handle? I also want to file a claim against a hospital in Bolivia, NC. I was in assisted living for 3 years after getting thrown out of my mom's home. In 2020 while in a nursing home in Charlotte, NC, I got robbed, they took my cell phone, wallet, clothes. I have a police report from the sheriff's dept.

  Family dispute over deed
Posted by: Donesia - 11-01-2021, 07:43 PM - Forum: Past or Current cases - No Replies

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

I bought a house with my grandmother who is now deceased, and I am trying to get the deed in my name, but my family members are refusing the sign it over to me. The deed was in my grandmother's name, but the title is in both our names. My grandmother passed in 2013, and at the time, I was not aware that I was supposed to file with the court to get it prorated. I tried dealing with this with the Community Title, but they gave me trouble. My two aunts are the ones that are refusing to sign the deed over and I wanted to get some help with this. I have contacted a few attorneys, but I do not have any money. Community Title also told me to get my case started I will need $300, and it will be even more expensive to get the proration done. I'm having seizures and I have stopped breathing on my own, so I am using a CPAP machine and just cannot handle the stress from dealing with this.

  Dispute with Superior Nissan
Posted by: Donesia - 11-01-2021, 07:27 PM - Forum: Past or Current cases - No Replies

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

I purchased a car in 2013 from Superior Nissan, located in Conway Arkansas for around $16,000. Within a year (2014), after doing 10,000 miles with the car, my wife began experiencing issues with the break, so we brought it back to the company. We were told by the car dealership that the vehicle was new, and nothing was wrong with it. My wife just needed to use the E break or use both feet on the break. The company blew me off. My wife was still having issues with the car so I brought it to the mechanic. The mechanic adjusted the drift but that did not fix the issue. The mechanic explained that the car has a CVT transmission, that is about to go out. When I did my research, I realized that there was a lawsuit and trouble with this transmission since 2017, but the company failed to inform me. I do not have the vehicle because it is currently in the shop, and the car has been in and out of the shop 12 times last month.
