Dispute with Superior Nissan - Donesia - 11-01-2021

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

I purchased a car in 2013 from Superior Nissan, located in Conway Arkansas for around $16,000. Within a year (2014), after doing 10,000 miles with the car, my wife began experiencing issues with the break, so we brought it back to the company. We were told by the car dealership that the vehicle was new, and nothing was wrong with it. My wife just needed to use the E break or use both feet on the break. The company blew me off. My wife was still having issues with the car so I brought it to the mechanic. The mechanic adjusted the drift but that did not fix the issue. The mechanic explained that the car has a CVT transmission, that is about to go out. When I did my research, I realized that there was a lawsuit and trouble with this transmission since 2017, but the company failed to inform me. I do not have the vehicle because it is currently in the shop, and the car has been in and out of the shop 12 times last month.
