Dear YYYYY:  Thank you for resolving this matter. The client was so happy. We know ourselves that running a large tech-oriented concern is challenging. Sometimes though it may be hard for you all to see how important this is for so many people that come to rely on this new type of job. We hear their stories and hopes and concerns often.
