I was in a nursing home in 2011. When I was at the hospital my mother had me sign over a power of attorney to her to do for me and my care which is completely understandable, but I was not cognitively aware to understand what I was signing and I've been told that she is undoing the power of attorney. Got an email stating I had been deactivated for fraud the day after the app had a huge crash where orders were being canceled and marked as undelivered. The app was down for 4 hours. On forums, many other door dashers got deactivated as well for “fraud”. The only fraud committed is by this company. They have numerous times adjusted order guarantee pay amounts to much less after completing the orders stealing tips. Happened numerous times. In my brother's account, they sent 900 dollars of weekly pay for 40 hours to some random account and he has still not gotten his money back either.

I am a gig worker. And I have been wrongfully mistreated. I was deactivated for a delivery that was in fact delivered. Around 2 weeks ago I accepted an Instacart order and I was following exact instructions.

Do you do arbitration for Instacart deactivation? How much will it cost? I was deactivated for misuse of the Instacart Credit card, but that is not true. IC trust team member said that I added extra water cases to the order and I sent a receipt and screen shoot of the order where it shows the order was completed without changes. But they don’t respond to my emails.

Do landlords do renewal on leases I had to co-sign for my ex before we broke up and I told her about the other person he moved in she told me that he would be evicted. I want my name off the lease. I thought leases for 6 mths to year so I thought he has all papers the landlord told me if anything happens to the apartment I would be responsible. The landlord told me she was going to get in contact with me I just want my name off of that lease.

I have a problem with a bank in New York. They refused to give me my money back. Well, I received a donation and the bank asked me to open an account with a bank transfer of $770. Then they asked for $5105.00 to make me be able to transfer money from that donation to my account. After that, I was not able to do the transfer to my account.
