I invested in Excentral International, a forex broker based in Turkey. I was tricked into investing all my money to a total of 40 thousand USD. The accounts manager assigned to me initially assisted me in making money in my forex trading. After I earned about 20 thousand dollars, my account manager insisted I close all my open trades including my bitcoin crypto trade which was making money. He said I will be instructed shortly on how I can make my bitcoin trade double. He then made me open trades which I did not have an idea, were losing trades.. all I knew was that he was helping me become profitable as he promised since I held a gold account and I according to him was valuable and entitled to trading assistance. My ex and I share joint custody, 50/50 one week on and one week off. Since we have joint custody, the judge refused child support. But the issue I have is that my ex always keeps the clothes I send her in, and then sends her back in clothes that don't fit. My dentist suggested bonding for some of my front teeth so I made an appointment for bonding. Without my knowledge, he drilled away 4 or 6 front teeth and is now proposing crowns for $2000. I have no front teeth now and don't trust going back to him for the crowns due to this deception. But now I have no front teeth and before I did, though one had a cavity.

I purchased a car from a seller who said he was using eBay's services of Buyer protection, meaning that I was supposed to make payment to eBay for the car. After that, the car would have been delivered to me and I was agreeing to keep it. eBay was to transfer the money to the seller. So I paid for the car but I received nothing, no delivery, and the seller doesn't answer anymore to emails or phone. I'm trying to contact eBay to ask for reimbursement (as the Buyer protection states) but I just can't get in contact with them and eBay doesn't answer my emails and doesn't call me when I request to. Can you help me to get my money back, please?

A cousin of mine recently died, he did not have a whole lot of assets and owned a rather broken down house but since it was on a lakeshore, it increased its value somewhat. He also had about $10,000 in savings. Well, he left a handwritten will of sorts saying that he wanted his partner of 16 years to essentially inherit everything. That is fine with me as I think she certainly deserves it being with him so long. Most of my other family members feel the same way except one brother who thinks that property should be split by all of us. Apparently, $5000 was used to pay for the funeral.

The lady seems to be a sweet and decent person but very simple. she went to a lawyer who said the written note was not valid and essentially he died intestate. I don't know the qualifications of this lawyer but I do remember going to a seminar about contracts. This was put on by a top lawyer who argued contracts for a large legal office. I remember he said that if you write a contract on a blackboard and sign it and nobody erases it is considered valid....not sure that this applies to wills but I imagine it would. He also said since this happened in New York state that there is no common law, but I don't see what that has to do with anything. Can you not write a will and leave your assets to anybody?

I think the thing is to prove that he wrote it. (I guess that's what's happening with Larry King right now.) So I think in Larry King's situation they are considering taking it to something like a forensic handwriting expert that he wrote it. The brother that I referred to is also the executor. No one else wants anything to do with the property and they all feel that the lady deserves the house and any other assets.

Although I have a property in NYS, I really live two states away so I can't help with very much other than telling the one niece who is trying to fix this that she, should tell this long-term partner that she should talk to another lawyer. My niece says she's reluctant because she has almost no money and was laid off for the Covid stuff and doesn't look like she'll be rehired. I/most of us do not want to see her cut out. Any ideas on this?

I had to leave Ireland for my safety over a result of numerous assaults and am a foster child that is American being looked after by the Irish foster care system I was homeless at the time and was unable to attend court from trespassing from sleeping in a shed on the 9th of September 2020 the day after my birthday I had 3 separated court dates with nowhere to sleep under the age of 21 as I was late too then all and was allowed to walk in and out I was fearful of my life if I had to go to prison as I was a lesser person to some of the people who I’ve been stabbed in the name of there beliefs in conflict so I retired to the states please get back to me thank you very much

I believed I should of be supplied a place for living to be able to attend the court awake as I was up days on end but the social workers I was working with left me hunger without money vouchers and a bed to stay.
