Hypothetically, if there were a newly formed country with their own sovereign currency but not using the SWIFT payment system, would governments of fully democratic countries automatically make it legal for companies to do business with the new country?
Could I form such an entity e.g. on abandoned land?

Here is a previous question that was asked by ***(Identity withheld for privacy reason).
Dear Sir/ Madam. I have a very complicated money issue in the UK. I’m staying in Malaysia. My money in the UK and on hold by the UN. I would like to know what & how is the actual law if I want to take back my money from the person who holds my money? Can that person deduct the payment from my box money & return the balance to me? I informed the person who is holding my money that I don’t have money to pay them.
I gave a proposal to them,” take the payment from the money box & return the balance to me”. But they did not agree. What should I do? Kindly help me, please. My case has been dragging since the last year 2020 because I need to find the money for payment. It is difficult to borrow money from people because I don’t have any mortgage items. Zero cents in my pocket now. Your advice is much appreciated. Thanks.

DRAFTING EFFECTIVE ARBITRATION CLAUSES
Arbitration (the resolution of disputes outside the courts) has the advantage of being private and quicker than it would be to resolve matters in court. Distinct features of arbitration are that the arbitration awards are binding and enforceable in court, ensuring that the protection offered by a court is still present with the arbitration. An arbitration agreement may be formed before a dispute arises or even after it has arisen.
Notably, arbitration clauses only serve to limit the jurisdiction of the courts and do not entirely oust it...

How do I get the same licensed rights that a monopoly has? The entity is called ONCE, it has been operating since 1936 and it is still the only one with a lottery license in Spain and we want to claim the same permit and fight for freedom of competition.
Spanish preferred.

Arbitral Seat in Arbitration Clause |

Failure to Specify Arbitral Seat in the Arbitration Clause May Result in Unenforceable Award
Relevance of the arbitral seat
The seat is an important legal concept, as its law provides the supporting legal framework for the arbitration and its courts supervise the arbitration. Further, the seat usually determines the nationality of the award which is relevant to enforcement. The seat can therefore have a material impact on the course and outcome of the arbitration. The seat is not to be confused with the factual venue where arbitration meetings and hearings are conducted...

Credit card issue with UAE Bank |

Here is a previous question that was asked by ***(Identity withheld for privacy reason).
Hello, I have a fixed deposit account in a bank overseas UAE, and a cc as well. I used my cc for the first time a few years back and it was for $300. During that time, I had lost access to my account, needed to reset my password. I reached out to the bank numerous times over the past 2 almost 3 years and all they could say was that I had to come in person to the branch. I live in California and have no intentions or reason to go to the emirates, especially when there is a pandemic. Having lost access to my account, I wasn't able to make any payments. Before losing access, I would send money to my checking account every month there and that way they could use the funds to make a monthly cc payment. After 2 months, they blocked my account and all my western union payments were bouncing back. Having no access and no way to pay, my interest accrued and my cc total is now at $1,700.
I have a fixed deposit account with about $4,000. I repeatedly have tried to resolve this matter and let them know I would like to access my fixed deposit to pay off my cc in full (Of course after they remove all the interest the balance has gained due to THEM not providing me access to my accounts and blocking them) and I would like to have the remainder of my fixed deposit transferred to my current account. I have been contacted by many debt collectors and once I explain, I never hear from them again. This has been going on for 3 years now and it has caused a strain on my mental health. I continuously have to deal with these debt collectors when in fact, the debt collectors should be getting my money from the bank. I would like to see how I can start a case against this bank. They have been withholding my funds and refusing to communicate with me. I have tried numerous times over the past 2-3 years to reach anyone at the bank and they contact me to tell me to pay my cc and when I ask for my account access, they never respond again.

The form of an Award |

What Will the Arbitrator’s Final Award Look Like?
Generally, an arbitration proceeding concludes with the publication and transmittal of the arbitrator’s final award. The arbitrator’s final award may direct one or more parties to pay another party a monetary amount, or the award may direct the parties to take some other specific action based on the issues presented to and decided by the arbitrator. While most parties will voluntarily comply with the arbitrator’s final award, a court having the appropriate jurisdiction can enter a judgment on the award if one party fails or refuses to comply with the award.
The form of the arbitrator’s final award may vary depending on the rules governing your arbitration. If your arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), there are 3 types of award: (1) standard award, (2) reasoned award, and (3) findings of fact and conclusions of law...
