Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I wrote a song 16 years ago that was really popular. Another group recorded a song by the same name that is very similar. In fact, the opening is almost exactly the same. Of course, there are parts that are different, but large chunks are the same. It's not just a line or two. Would this be something that I could pursue?

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
Initially, I wanted to sue Doordash or go to arbitration because I felt I was wrongfully deactivated. Since I was doing catering orders for DoorDash at the time (and those orders paid significantly more than individual orders), I began to stop accepting single orders because they changed their payout parameters, decreasing order pay. This happened around October 2019, “coincidentally” around the same time they deactivated me. I never followed through with attempting to sue them. Is that still an option?
Otherwise, I suppose I would like to be reactivated with them.
There are other details to the story, including their eventual acquisition of Caviar that once again cut off a stream of income for me.

Legal issue with Instacart weight of product |

Associate observation: There is an issue with the Instacart platform in which a 24-pack of water is only being weighed in at 16.9oz. I reach out to support for heavy pay and if they deem it is in fact heavy, I do receive proper compensation.
Status---resolved, new similar cases pending.

Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
Hi, This is my first time doing this so be gentle with me lol. I have a problem that years ago my husband and I purchased a plan with a place that is on the lake that offers cabins and such. If you are a "member" you can rent them free so many times and so forth. There are more properties we can visit but unsure how many, So, to get to it. We finished paying the thing off but we are getting bills for Maintenance fees and POA dues. How can we get out of this? I called them about 6 or more years ago and talked to someone, he said we have to pay these for life. I called again about 3 years ago and the guy whispered for me to have an attorney send a letter.
I have another question. Do you help with Offer and Compromise agreements with the IRS?
I have an attorney that we have been working with for 6 years. We have yet to get this done. And we keep adding years to it. He had it filed, 2020 came due, he talked with the IRS agent, and she declined the oandc and we are now starting over adding 2020. I am unsure he is acting in our best interest, and we have paid him close to $15,000 so far and have a balance of $2800 now because it was $6400 but we paid him the $3600 we had scraped together to pay 2020.

Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I have been getting emails about getting help with my husband we have been working hard after him being taken out of work we had just got a home four months before that. He has been in and out of the hospital, a month stay one time and it has got us behind on everything but our home mostly. Are there any programs that can help us? He is on ssdi but after house payment and other bills I don’t see any way to help us catch up on home, and I’m scared his family going to take it. They were there when he went in the hospital doing a quitclaim deed and I found out about it. Any help will be great.

Forced or mandatory covid vaccination legal defense |

While we support covid vaccination and encourage our own employees and lawyers to become vaccinated, the law in our opinion does NOT support forced covid vaccination under the current circumstances in the United States.
If you or anyone you know is being involuntarily required by an employer or school to receive a covid-19 vaccine, U.S Arbitration is offering to support legal action on your behalf to challenge that requirement, in your particular case, if you so desire.
