Power Of Attorney Inquiry - Nerine - 10-05-2021
Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I was in a nursing home in 2011. When I was at the hospital my mother had me sign over a power of attorney to her to do for me and my care which is completely understandable, but I was not cognitively aware to understand what I was signing and I've been told that she is undoing the power of attorney. Shouldn't I be contacted to let me know what was going on?
