  Car dealership issues

I'm seeking several lawyers to assist with a car issue. I purchased a 2016 Grand Jeep Cherokee for 22k from a car dealership Lithia Chrysler Dodge of Tri-Cities. Since I bought the car, the dealership has taken over 10k from me in repair services and emailed me today asking for $490 to replace a transmission cooler. They are trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman who works very hard and doesn't have the time to go there. This has been going on for over a year and it's been a month now since they have my car. They don't tell me anything about their findings or back up any of what they are saying is wrong with my car with literature. All they do is tell me that something needs to be replaced, collect my money to fix the issue, and then give me back the car. But every time they claimed to have fixed something, after driving the car for a couple of thousand miles it breaks down again. They told me I needed a new cylinder head for $3500, and I gave them the money. I also gave the company 7k for a new transmission and the transmission is not working. The car is still under warranty and they want to repair the transmission but the car has no leakage. I have spoken to several persons regarding my issue including the General Manager. I told him that I needed my vehicle fixed and he said they were going to make it right. Now there is this new guy who is telling me that they are not going to replace the transmission just the transmission cooler, and I would need to pay $490 to get it done and if not, I will need to come to pick up my car.... vehicle is valued at roughly 15k and I have paid close to the amount in repairs which should not be the case. I could understand if it was an old vehicle but that's not the situation. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was under 50,000 miles, had never been towed, and no hard work was done on it.

I'm a single mother of several children, recently had a stroke at 35 years which slightly affects my memory and I'm done dealing with the car dealership. I would like the car dealership to put in a brand new transmission and transmission cooler in my car, or I want to sue them and get a brand new car. I have never done anything like this before so I want a lawyer who can go after them. I also looked at reviews online and it seemed they have done this to several people. They said can take my vehicle elsewhere but I didn't want to do that because the company is supposed to be an expert in jeeps plus I didn't want to have paper trails with other companies. I have all documentation from doing business with them. Money was never an issue, whatever amount they asked for, I paid them upfront. I trusted them, and my vehicle failed every time. I have been having problems ever since, and I don't trust them anymore.

I'm looking for free advice regarding a company and unfair trade practices. I'm asking American Tax Solutions company for a full refund and they are refusing to give that back saying they have worked on my case with the IRS so there would be no refund. This is not true. I called the IRS and they have not received anything from them. Almost $4,000 and it goes back to 2019.

  Lawsuit against Netspend

Well, I have been a customer with Netspend for over 5 yrs now and had many of my paychecks deposited to my pre-paid debit card. Last Friday I try to withdraw some money and was unable to, so I call them and they said that my account is no longer active due to fraudulent things but they did not tell me what was it that they claim I did. Anyway, they told me that they will send the remaining of my money by check in 10-14 days. Can I file a lawsuit for this? They owe me about $630 I think I still had on my card before they close my account for sure it was $600. I know one thing I haven't done no fraud nothing for them to close my account and hold my hard-earned money HOSTAGE (Lol). My studio rent is $2,444 a month plus other bills and I need my money ASAP they playing with the wrong person's money. That's all I'm going to say.

  Solar panels company

My husband and I signed up for solar service back in December of last year, and our service has not been completed yet. The contract says it will normally take 3-5 months to complete. The full installation has not been completed at this time. We then in May tried changing our home owners insurance from Farmers to Allstate. After changing it Allstate said that our roof looked wavy and needed to be fixed in order to stay insured. We thought that to be alarming because the solar company was supposed to have a roofing inspector come out priority to solar panels being installed. The inspector was supposed to verify that the roof was in good order, other wise we would have had to get the roof fixed. Apparently no inspection was done and they just used their own judgment to install the panels. Now I am trying to fix my roof and they want to charge me to remove the panels in order to fix my roof.

On top of all that my payments for solar started in May of this year when the installation was supposed to be completed. So we have been paying both an electric bill and solar bill every month. The point of solar was to reduce our spending in the long run, this has done the opposite. The company that we went with does not answer their phone or return messages in a timely manner. They do not respond to emails or text messages in a timely manner or sometimes not at all.  Would we have a case to sue the company?

I need some help with an automobile I purchased. I put money down on a 2012 Chrysler 200 from the day I got the vehicle I noticed that it had a lot of problems. I ask for my money back the company refuse they are financing cars that are not in any shape to leasing. I have been having problems with the vehicle from day one I had this car tow three times that he would fix the problem and it’s still having problems. What can I do to get my money back and close this company down for selling second-hand cars with a lot of problems to other people? The car is an in-house financing deal where u have to pay a car note for a vehicle that’s not running right. It was purchased from Jefferson Autoplex, and a 1600 down payment made on September 1. I have been catching buses and missing work since I gave these people my money the car is no good the horn doesn’t even work.

I was sold a used laptop from Costco and bought supposedly a new one. Now they are scamming me because I want what I paid for. I got into someone else’s account because Facebook remembered the device. I've been trying to replace it and I can’t get help. They stole from me and have others' info. It was in May. My mom bought it but to guess about $700 or so. Costco sold me a used computer. When I call and try to get help they say there is no record of a call blah blah blah. Mind you I just got off the phone with them and they called me back so it was recorded. It’s a scam and I spend time and money, then they won’t return it.

Dispute Description: I was lied to by their agent I was told a number of times during our conversation that they would pay off my phones if I switched and no money out of my pocket I asked him a number of times. I mailed in 2 note20 phones to trade in and they said I only sent in 1 but they have 2 IME numbers funny if they only received 1 phone then. I was told I had to pay off my phones and they will credit me each month just from the start nothing but lies on top of lies.

Hello, how can I file a claim and lawsuit against a mobile application developer company? The Mobile gaming app called Clawee through the manufacturers Gigantic Ltd has my debit card information still on their application system. I asked them back in July to remove my debit card information and link to the gaming system on the application. They said to wait for 3 -5 days IT will be removing it from their system. Today September 8 they removed $6.60 from my PayPal debit card. RB owns the company he is the app developer and CEO of Clawee. I removed the game from my phone in July. I no longer have the game downloaded on my cellphone. I emailed them three times to refund my money. I'm waiting on a response. Also, it's multiple comments online from Google to Facebook that call the game application itself a scam, and people never received what's owed to them.

One other question it's another app that I've been using for a few days now called Slot Rush. They are supposed to be a cash reward for playing their app type of lottery game. It says I'm supposed to receive $500. I'm still waiting for my payout. Is there a way to sue a application developer company that says instant pay out and they false advertise and lie about receiving a profit?

I got a 2015 Kia from Select Auto in October 2021 I was hit so where I got my car they had me bring my car there for the fixing it's been 6mos now and I'm having a problem with them in getting my car back the car was paid form the day I got it. I also have 3 police reports on D it's like every time I go to see about my car that man gives me a hard time he is a crook. I paid 18,843.00 for the car. 

I also believe I was evicted wrongfully I'm hoping they don't send the sheriff to put me out before the 13th cause that's the 60th day from the day I went to court. I kept complaining about what I and my son was going through to my case works after moving into my place they did nothing, now one day my son came running into my house and whoever was running after him threw a bottle with gas in it and it caught a fire, they then evicted me and before that happened I had put in for a move because I'm on section 8 but they waited until something bad happened to make it look like I endangered others when I'm in danger on their property and I feel it was wrong. I really don't know what to do but I do know one thing it's wrong, 3 programs behind me. That's what the courts said but the case worker came to me on the 31st of August trying to get me to leave I told him no. I've fallen three times because the floor is coming up in my kitchen area it is 3 to 4 inch's up. I should leave by the 13th of this month, I told him I didn't sign for that now when I called him he's off until the 16th of this month. I got a mental condition and they know it, my son don't live with me he's my care taker and every time he went to the store or something he'd have to run back.
