The client said she was working with some people that she thought were the arbitration, but they said to first start with the complaint and then follow up with some different people working and she sent them everything. She said somebody else told her that it was one piece of paper and even though she hired the attorney the case took place in Juvenile Dependency Court in San Mateo County. She said the lawyer was hired to Los Angeles and she’s fully registered now, she asked him to please stop representing her, and she hasn’t heard from him. She said he didn’t do anything and had asked for an enormous amount of money, so she has been going through every single avenue to try to get back because she needs to proceed with her legal problems. She said she just wants to make sure she’s doing it right because there is one document that they told her to send to San Francisco for arbitration instead of Los Angeles. She said the court took place in Northern California, but the lawyer was from LA, and she’s just a new person doing this, so if we could please call her back and give her the difference on what she’s supposed to do that would be fabulous.

She said he wasn't financially stable, and she was fed up with the way he acted because they had a child together. She said he left her, and her father and mother worked and took care of them. She said her son is autistic, and it's hard to take care of an autistic child. She said he has behavioral issues and a speech delay, and she is different from his father because she still thinks he will get better at it, but his father doesn't think like her. She said her husband is from Puerto Rico. She said he didn't help and that was a part of the divorce. She said he actively tried to seek revenge. She said he won't co-parent with her, and he has gambling and stealing problems. She said he called social services, and their child has special needs. She said he was a con man and something terrible happened. She said in LA he tried to do the same thing and he doesn't pay taxes. She said she has been paying for her apartment in San Mateo for 2 years. She said he has enemies not her. She said he has nothing, unless he's hiding money and he had a different reputation in LA. She said he came to her house in Christmas, and she has tapes of him yelling out. She he looks very sick.
She said R.A who works for social services at the Human Resources agency in San Mateo was covering up things. She said maybe she wasn't even a social service worker. She said she even called the police on her, and she doesn't even know if that was the real police. She said she lied on the paperwork because her husband doesn't even live in San Mateo, and they gave him full custody. She said he was doing this to make sure she didn't ask for anything and he was stealing from her. She said she wants to get a divorce and he’s using his son as a threat to her, and she’s scared. She said R.A made a mistake and she’ll hurt children because he’s acting crazy, and he can’t handle their son, and he was collecting welfare. She said if after they detained him, they had done a blood test they would've found something in it. She said he takes heroin. She said she thinks the county needs to see who they hired. She said her husband is breaking the law and maybe he even paid her off. She said R.A hired 4 persons to chase her son around her property since he was 4, then blamed her when he got off the property. She said they made up a story on paper and she doesn't deserve this. She said she felt like she was being treated as a criminal because he made up a story and her constitutional rights were breached. She said she showed them child abuse on tape, and they didn't care. She said he didn't pay any money and she had to borrow money to pay.
The client said she hired a lawyer; V. D and she paid him and didn't get her money back. She said she would like to get all her money back from him. She said she went to court more than once and she can send us an email with all the dates and additional information. She said on April 24, 2021, they went to court, and he wasn't listening to anything she was saying. She said in court he asked her if she wanted her husband to have custody of their child and that wasn't discussed. She said 6 people petitioned for her son to not go to court, but they weren't on her side. She said her husband's lawyer spoke to him but not her. She said she waited for the very last judge, and she couldn't think for herself, and they didn't give her a trial. She said the CPS worker made up pages of lies and told her mother to build a fence around her house and they didn't help. She said this case has been going on for 2 years, and they took her son away on September 21, 2021. She said she has the case number and can send it via email. She said she doesn't have any other upcoming court dates.
She said she wants to sue the Human Resources Agency for civil and constitutional rights, she said they violated her rights and embarrassed her in front of her family. She said they lied in front of the federal government. She said it was a domestic violence relationship, and they should help her and that's what it says on the brochure, but instead, they told her to invite her husband to a hotel. She said R.A was against her and was harassing her. She said it isn't even all about that, but she should be protecting children, and she didn't even tell her where she was taking her son. She said her son is now living at the Regional Center and he was almost 10 years old, and they took him from his mother. She said she has been his primary caregiver and she only gets to visit him 2 days a week, and his father doesn't even visit him. She said her son lives in San Mateo and he lives in LA. She said she is going through arbitration, and she needs help with civil rights. She said she needs them to know they made a mistake, and she didn't neglect him. She said she also needs to find out about her husband SSI, and she might need to hire a detective, she asked if that is something we can help with. She said this morning she was going to meet with a divorce attorney, but if we can help her, she will take the civil rights lawyer. She said the CPS lawyer is covering up child abuse and she took her child away. She said she wants to go to the federal court and sue them, and she wants this taken off her history as she didn't neglect her child or did anything wrong. She said on the brochure it says they shouldn't tell any family member about anything, but they still did it. She said they also shouldn't take the child unless he was in immediate danger, but he only walks to school and bite an apple and they still took him from her.
