Hello, I have a case for you all. I am renting and we have had issues with our AC since we moved in a year ago, and we are living in a house well over 80 degrees with children and are not getting it resolved by the owner. We also live in Texas and I know they don't play games with AC issues in the heat. Especially with 4 children (including a 6-week old baby) living in the house. I work for corporate at GEMINI so we have an account with you all already. They did replace the unit with an old unit and it made the issue worse. They keep putting Band-Aids on the problem because they are too cheap to fix the actual issue. What are the next steps? This is my first time using your service.
