I would like to ask a couple of questions. I wanted to know if you had lawyers that work out of state that deal with land acreage issues. I'm located in California and my father owned properties in Oklahoma that were left to me. My father was leasing the land to some family members who are now trying to obtain the deed for the land. We haven't received any money from them and I believe they are some distant cousins not sure if it's by my father's side but they don't deserve land as it belonged to my parents. My father died some time ago, he never left a will and I'm also not aware of the land being left to anyone else. They were paying the taxes on the land but they didn't let us know that the taxes could have been paid by us where we were. I don't know how long they were leasing the land or the amount they were leasing it for. I just found out this week about what was happening.
