Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I started arbitration with PayPal for holding my funds and the date that they were supposed to pay them. Filing fee the funds got seizure by law enforcement. Does that mean the process is over? For almost a year now, with no explanation or anything just kept saying after 180 I can get the pandemic funds.
