I have 4 personal injuries I need representations for. Pro bono, please. Injuries simple from being disabled and placed in a wheelchair due to officers conspiring and causing attempted murder on my life, to officers failing to properly housing me resulting in two injuries which placed me disabled due to slipping and colliding to the floor.
I have 4 civil suit case. In the first one, my body collided with the ground injuries to my hip, my back, and head. One of the doctors I saw said that the fall caused bone to bone grinding causing me to start using a cane. The orthopedic specialist prescribed me a cane because the fall caused a lot of pain in my right hip level 8 and 9 pain in the right hip and it worsen every time I put pressure on the right hip. The first incident was around March 2016 and the second one was around May 2016. The 6th defendant sent an answer to my civil complaint telling me that they are aware of the hazardous rainwater that fills the floor. They admitted that I repeatedly ask them when it rain to please put me in a better place to live that doesn’t threaten my life. The date it was filed in court was April 13, 2018. I want to know if the date I filed the civil suit in court would affect it now? I just had a deposition about a month ago on this case. The officers involved in this case are N XXXX, D XXXX, S XXXX, L XXXX, S XXXX, E XXXX, S XXXX.
I have a neck incident where I received personal injuries and this is a different case that has to deal with peace officers. The defendant F XXXX approached me with a terrorist threat that stated “if you continue to seek to readdress of pertaining the government of readdressing of grievances he would murder me. No matter where you are at I can cause your murder and it is going to hurt.” This happened around 2017. I filed a petition to the government about the terrorist threat. Subsequently, defendant F XXXX hired an individual to silence me. The hitman that was hired told me that F XXXX hired him to silence me and that the hitman agent’s name is XXXX. I tried to sue him too. One day I saw F XXXX and a peace officer talking and I heard F XXXX telling the peace officer to pop XXXX’s door. I was standing outside my door and I saw XXXX coming to where I was and F XXXX stood there watching while his hitman try to choke me. I got out of the strangulation hole and tried to get away from him.
I filed the civil suit, under those circumstances, the date is April 30th, 2018. The injuries are red marks around my neck. They tried to settle the case twice and they provide me an attorney to settle the case but not to represent me and I don’t remember the dates but I didn’t accept the settlement. The settlement is confidential and I will only share it with the lawyer that takes my case.
The third case F XXXX terrorist threat is responsible for this incident. In either 2018 or 2019, I was in Green Valley and I was walking and I told a peace officer that an associate of F XXXX was making a terrorist threat to end my life. His name is F XXXX. F XXXX told XXXX that he wants him to murder me. XXXX was telling people about my confidential information to case my murder from XXXX’s threat in 2017. I told the peace officer that people are coming around my house trying to murder me and he should protect me and take me to the station for protection. J XXXX’s office told me that they won’t protect me and I have to find protection myself. I later found out that was in violation of their policy and while I was leaving I saw XXXX and J XXXX which I thinks J XXXX is some relative of F XXXX and they were talking about me stating that there he is the one that F XXXX solicited XXXX and J XXXX to murder. I heard J XXXX telling XXXX to get him to murder him while I was walking with my cane getting to the emergency. XXXX severed in half my right bicep, severely reinjured my right hip, and reinjured my spine, neck, and back.
J XXXX let him strike me for about 5 minutes and when he was satisfied he throw a pepper spray bomb that chemically burned my left leg about 7 inches long n 4inch wide. I got to file a claim against J XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX but I only got XXXX as a defendant. Everything I filed happened in the Federal Eastern District court of California.
The fourth civil suit was in 2020. I have been filing ADA grievances concerning that when people leave to get their medication the peace officers don’t provide any protection from the gang members because there is a string of attacks that happens in the place because they don’t search the people entering and leaving their building for weapons. I have exhausted my ADA complaints. On June 21 2020 after I exhausted my ADA compliant and some others. I told the peace officer that my life was in danger because of F XXXX’s prayer causing XXXX to spread my information to protect me and search people entering for weapons.
While I was the second to the last person leaving the building, the peace officer and defendant as I was walking out the building the defendant and the peace officer allowed the prisoner to stab me in the right side of my neck with a knife defendant XXXX. They watch him beat me in the back with a metal cane 3 or 4 times. This resulted in me being unconscious and further disabled and now I have to roll around in a wheelchair. The injury injured the c3c6 in my neck and the c5 in my back. I have no balance when I stand. I feel drizzle between 1 and 3 steps and the dizziness gets so bad I pass out. I am in constant pain and my injuries disrupt everyday activities. The pain is so bad that the doctor prescribed morphine for me to take.
I have a witness to the crime and it is a complicated cause because that injury made it that ambulance had to come to take me to the outside emergency hospital.
