I am looking for a consultation on fee arbitration in California for lawyer fees that I think are not correct. My lawyer send me a letter for fee arbitration stating that I should pay a fee for text messages I've sent to her and other fees without explanation, only some codes. My lawyer is consistently late for my court sessions, never spoke to me before, and doesn't even know my name. She still hasn't gotten the case that she was hired to do resolved as yet. The case she was hired for is a divorce and child support case that started in November of 2020.
