Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
My wife was working for Kelpers for 15 years and had to retire due to an ear accident. She was looking for another job and the company told her she could work but not in the same field as a secretary. She went to an interview for a guard at Unified School District, where she worked part-time for 7 years. However, her Pension plan is saying she committed fraud under NYC section Code 21233 21202 21220 as she is working for the same company, and we weren’t aware it was the same company. We need help to resolve this and to sue them for distress as my wife is disabled and has been going through a lot because of this.
