Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
SF AutoReturn is charging me unfair costs when they failed to return my RV. I was there waiting for 4 or more hours waiting for them to bring the RV around the front. They never did and after 4 hours they say the release is invalid and I have to go back across town to the other office and get a new release form. They are known to be crooked.
