This regards cleaning of Solar panels, as per our lease. The recommended hose cleaning leaves a calcium buildup up resulting in less solar production. How do I start arbitration? We have a Sunrun lease for 16 more years. They are responsible for all equipment. We are to clean the panels, as per contract, with a hose. This leaves a calcium buildup, producing what reads as cloud cover. I live in the Mojave desert and there are no clouds.
