Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
Spectrum opened a account without my permission and charged me and sent it to collections and it affected my credit score which in turn affected my life they have notes were I specifically told them I did not want to open a account but the person did it anyway without my knowledge and the person put the wrong email and address so I never received any bills so I never knew he did this until it showed up on my credit report.
