How can I press charges? I want to press charges again my wife Y.W. but I don’t want her to go to jail, I just want her to be evaluated so she can learn. We were together since 2012 and we got married in November 2014. We own everything together. I work 2 jobs and she also works. She is abusing me verbally and emotionally which is discouraging and that hurts me a lot. I think the house is wired so I spoke with my brother and few of my police friends asking them how I can find out if it is wired. Before when she goes to the bathroom she doesn’t lock the door but for the past year each time she goes to the bathroom, she locks the door and turns on the water but if I go in there and lock the door, she starts to cuss. I had to separate myself from her by going to sleep in another room. She cuss me for that because she thinks I am watching porn or talking to other females. I tell her that if she is not giving me anything then I will have to watch porn.
One day I was on the road and someone I don’t know came up to me and told me that she is sneaking around on me but when I approached her saying that a Hispanic told me that, she didn’t answer at all. During the night when I ask her about it, she called her sister to talk about she wants her to stay with her on the phone because she is scared. We have been to court before because she hit me and I hit her back so the police came and took me down to the station to give a report. She told me she will sue me for defamation of character which I don’t understand why she would want to do that when she is the one that calls me bad names, complain about my character defects, and when I say something to her about the way she acts, she starts to talk about she doesn’t want any argument.
I use to work at a place where I had to get up from 4 in the morning to go to work but she would stay up till 3 in the morning watching movies and if I say anything to her, she start talking about she doesn’t want to cuss. Now that she is doing early shifts, if I try to do something in the night, she starts cussing saying she has work in the morning. One time we argued and she called some commander and I called few of my dignitaries for her to hear them. I think someone is in her ears. I always want her to get everything she needs and I buy $400 worth of food which she only buys $200 worth. I don't believe in divorce so if I find out that she has another male in the house, I will beat him but won’t trouble her. We are the only black couple on the block and she can go from 0-100 real quick which she will then go outside and start shouting. Sometimes she will break stuff when she is angry and I do it back sometimes to show her how she acts but she only takes pictures and sends them to her family.

I have PTSD, I smokes and self-medicates myself and even though I know better, there is always something I am doing wrong. Sometimes when I am at home she would come and kick the door and when I open it, she runs to her room and call his sister and her sisters talking about I am high and at it again. She will walk around in the house butt naked with the blinds open and go outside sometimes too. If I ever try to go outside with a towel, she will make a big problem. I believes that she has another person so I usually goes to the places I know she often goes to see what she is doing but when she found out she start cussing me. I invited her to my church and she said she doesn’t like it so I told her about another one which she likes and now each time they have a disagreement would call the pastor’s wife and talk about it and then offer me the pastor’s number. She writes down things when we have disagreements and when she is on the phone she makes it sound like I amputting her through a lot.
