Can I sue my bank? I had a bunch of fraudulent charges and transfers. I reported it to the bank on April 25th and the transfers still kept going even until the 4th of May. The bank hasn't done anything yet, it's been over a month already. I haven't been able to pay my bills, my credit has dropped significantly with all the missed payments. They haven't even given me a letter to send to the creditors. I'm so overwhelmed, I haven't been able to do anything, I'm stressed out and I don't know what to do.
