I am calling for my brother XXXX XXXX who is currently incarcerated for a criminal charge. I would like to know if you can refer me to a lawyer in New Jersey or if you can help my brother. The number 1 issue right now is that my brother is looking to get a pre-sentence release motion for medical purposes. He has been to court before but I don’t know which court or the dates he went to court.
