I would like to find out if I have a possible lawsuit. This is a product liability lawsuit. In May 2020 they place metal in my leg that they called a synthes. On February 17, 2021, it was found out to be a trochanteric intramedullary nail fail due to a hardwood failure so they took it out. It was manufactured by Johnson and Johnson so it shouldn't have broken.
Both surgeries were done at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California. They were done by Dr. XXXX H. XXXX. I have all the notations from the doctors.
