My son is going through a divorce and is in the state of Colorado. He was living in Los Angeles but they moved to Colorado and I wanted to know you could assist him. My son has been married for 7 1/2 years and they were supposed to go through mediation but his wife doesn't want to do that anymore. She wants to go to court. They are currently living together and shared three children. His wife wants him out of the house but he doesn't want to move because he doesn't want to abandon his children. She hasn't filed her case as yet. She lied to him about wanting to go to mediation but in the last couple of days, he learned that she has a lawyer.
