I'm seeking legal counsel as my dad died a little over a year ago and the medical report will say from Covid. This is not the case but at the negligence of the Convalescence hospital that he was in. I was going through a lot at the time, so I did not follow up and I now want a lawsuit against the hospital for his death. He died at the Vienna Convalescence Hospital in Lodi, CA. as his debilitator went off 40 plus times and no one attended to him. I also have the debilitator in my possession.
