I have file complaint with CFPB, FTC, DOJ, BBB and my Congresswoman regarding GM Financial. I originally extended my credit to AmeriCredit. I was not aware that GM Financial was a servicer of my loan. I only received a welcome to the family. The past couple of months have started reading my federally protected consumer rights. I’m doing that I realize have been violated as a consumer. I have contacted the CEO of this fraud company. I have sent GM cease and desist letter until they send me my demands. I checked my credit report and saw that GM Financial is only credit report like they’re the creditor and they’re not. That’s Fraud. I don’t want to hear they’re like a mortgage company. No, the mortgage company inform me as a consumer who will be my servicer. I need someone who’s going to stand on the consumer federally protected laws. No excuses. These companies are using abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices. We the consumers are paying the price for greed.
