We stored our furniture with climate controlled storage unit from Hurricane Laura. When we went to get it out it was all ruined due to a rodent infestation. All of our furniture had rodent feces and urine on it. We rented for 11 months. It was climate controlled. From July 2021 and paid through June 2022. We had 2 large units. We went yesterday with moving company, opened the doors and saw the horrible conditions. We also found packets of rodent poison in each unit. So they knew there had to be a problem. We need our furniture replaced. We also do not feel it is right that we paid over $600 per month for the units to find everything unusable when we went to get it.
