Consumer issue / warranty. Luna Floor committed fraud and a breach of a warranty agreement. Complete fraud. Installing floors that goes against their warranty requirements. Requiring that their contractors install floors that should not be installed. False advertisement. December or Jan 2020 w/ a lifetime warranty. Having their contractors perform illegal activities in my home. A full refund, compensation to fix floors, and cover my legal cost... License revoked. I have the proof in full. Almost 10k and they wanted to charge me more. This case goes deep and it's beyond me. It's for every consumer. They are ripping consumers off by illegally installing floors. I want their license revoked at the very least.
